I stayed in this hotel a couple of nights, the personnel was very kind and helpful, the room that i got a little small but enough to put the clothes far from the bed and disinfect them, The hotel is in other words like a building of several floors in the top there is a small pool that i never used it, the Bed was very comfortable, remember that if you use the things that they left you in the fridge you have to pay for it, the Cantalago station was just a few steps from the hotel, the Copacaban beach just a few streets down, there was a main avenue with some stores to buy stuffs, there was a restaurant close to the hotel 24 hours that sells food in good price, in overall the hotel was good the only thing that i did not like is the process in handling the Breakdast very crowded and almost nobody kept their distance each other which i consider a mess now that we are in Pandemia but the rest was very good, the personnel was able to talk to me in Spanish.

Due to the arrival of our flight we were a the hotel at noon. Checkin was at 1400, there was no room already available and this was brought to us in a very unpolite way. We weren't even welcomed to the hotel. It was 'fill in these forms' come back at 1400. We gave our luggage to the handler, he also wasn't friendly to us and questions we asked were ignored. Upon arrival in the room we were not happy with the state of the room, cleanness (or lack of) and the bed. If you like a spring matras then you are in luck. If you don't and you sleep with two people on an already tiny bed prepare to be bouncing around all night. The only two good things about the room were the AC and the shower. During our stay we requested for houskeeping to clean the room . The picture shown is not staged, this is how we found our 'clean fresh' towels. Breakfast is ok but very busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We booked it as a 4 star hotel and in our opinion this is not the case.

A decent modern hotel with good rooms. Although no decent view. 200 meters from the beach. Restaurant but no bar. Good staff, keen to let you know the rules as soon as you check in, have limited English as is my Portuguese . Rooftop pool.

Okay its not 5 star but great value for the money i paid. Very comfortable, quiet and a fridge that actually works. The breakfast was nice with selection of hot and cold food. Right next to the metro and supermarket round the corner. The hotel also organised city tours which was a bonus that I used 3 times for different trips taking me from the hotel and delivering me back safely each night to the hotel. Orlando on Reception was very helpful in organising the tours and I would have no hesitation in using this hotel again. Whilst its in Centro its a 10 minute metro ride and then 5 minute walk to the beaches in the south of the city for £1 each way. There's a cinema and theatre a minutes walk away.
