We got one hour earlier than the check in time and were told to come back, only to find out that the room we book was not going to be available! The prize was a worst room and maybe a bônus. We requested a cancelation that was not easily given. To complete the s*ty experience the lobby was crowded with no regards for COVID safety or politeness! Gladly went to another hotel where we were very well received l!

The hotel is a big one with the outlook of an Hilton but I find the bed is very bad. They have better beds in superior ranges, and they are harder, but still of low quality. The room is poorly lit. The hotel had 2 days of downtime the 2 days I was there, from 3 to 5:30 pm. Screens are big but low low definition. I think they should invest in real quality things

We here only 1 night as we were picking up guests from the airport early in the morning. We were woken up early in the morning from the noise of water coming from the ceiling of our room.We shut off the AC and solved the problem from leaking so it wasn't that pleasant of a stay there was horrible smell in the bathroom as well . However staff was great and it is in a good location .The hotel needs an update at least with the plumbing .

Location: Very close walking distance to the metro station, Copacabana beach (Posto 8). Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very safe location. Breakfast: Delicious with a variety of options. Pool/rooftop patio: Very spacious and nice place to have a drink in the evenings. Rooms: The rooms are a bit outdated, but comfortable. Spotted a cockroach on the curtains on my last night. Wifi: Terrible in room 401. Had to sit at the edge of the bed to get a slow signal, but got better as I stood by the entrance door to the room.
