hello everyone today I really have to write something about a hotel! (which I usually never do) Actually we had booked another hotel which unfortunately didn't match the booking and presentation at all. So we started looking for a new hotel. After a few hotels that were also very close by, we chose the "Mercure Rio Boutique Hotel Copacabana" not only for its location, but also for entering the hotel with its beautiful and friendly interior, as well as the friendly and warm welcome at the reception finally made me book 15 nights. Without exaggerating, I would like to say that we made the right choice and that I would book the "Mercure Rio Boutique Hotel Copacabana" again at any time. The rooms are modern and friendly furnished. The hotel restaurant with its outside terrace and view of the beach (Copacabana) as well as the variety of food and drinks with its friendly service staff made our vacation and stay every day brighter. The hotel really has a lot to offer and is by far one of the nicest hotels on Copacabana. At this point I would like to thank the entire hotel staff who made our stay so pleasant every day (it was like coming home). So we hope that your hotel visit will be as good as ours! We really appreciated the kindness of the staff, especially Luiz and Bruna frim the receptioon. The location was perfect. Hotel offered the beach chairs and umbrella on Copacabana Beach. The rooms were clean and well furbished.

I spent a week at this hotel and loved it. I was greeted by amazing hotel staff members who made me feel very welcome! the hotel location is perfect and I had a very nice view of the Copacabana beach. the room size was good for me since I was by myself, and the bed size was good for my height but generally speaking, the size is small, but very clean. The AC makes the room extremely cold which most people would love but I turned it off :) and the temperature was perfect. the breakfast is good, limited in variety but good quality. and the best part....Mathius, Syd, Pedro, Bruma, Luz were all amazing! extremely friendly and they went out of their ways to ensure my satisfaction. I also love how this hotel respects diversity!

Excellent stay. Great location on the seafront, helpful and efficient services and super comfy facilities. The rooms have a fun decoration that distinguishes from the bland corporate look and yet provide all the standard amenities and comforts. In addition, the restaurant (ceviche) was excellent! The only recommendation is to convert one of the toilets into a shower room so that people that have checked out can have a quick shower before boarding a plane for example.

I don't normally stay at hotels, but this time I gave it an opportunity and was I surprised by their substantial customer service. Very attentive, respectful and helpful employees. Most of all, very friendly. Whenever you needed something, it will get done right away. Felt safe staying there. Big shoutout to Pedro for being so helpful with our stay and looking out for us. He helped us with our excursions, and recommended places to visit and eat. He even gave me his phone number so if we ever needed help with something we can just contact him right away. Where can you find this level of customer service! Highly recommended.
