Really great hotel with exceptional staff and a particularly nice rooftop pool and bar area. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds, however the corridors are so loud - you'll tend to hear everything in the mornings. Lovely gym too overlooking the beach however it was closed throughout my stay, much to my disappointment. The staff are the best assett of this hotel certainly. The location is good - in that you're on the beach front with some great restaurant options near by. You're also in good access to more preferable hangout spots such as Ipanema, Leblon and Botofogo - the Immediate area around the hotel can be a little daunting especially at night, as many prosititues hangout in this area late. Whilst Ipanema is preferred for many - I still preferred the vibrancy of Copacabana with its many beach kiosks and drinking points around the cliffs at Leme. It's also the most common spot for tour pick-ups. The breakfast is adequate with a lovely view, but no outdoor dining available for breakfast and the options can be a little limited (coffee is either black or with milk for example). But what is there is very nice for example scrambled eggs, salmon and bacon. I enjoyed my stay here enough to extend my trip and extra 10 days so that should say enough.…

The Front Desk is very attentive and was going extra to accommodate our requests. We were delighted to have a room ready for us, even though we arrived before check-in time. The room was super clean and spacious. The maid took great care of us everyday. Our view was simply amazing, with. We truly enjoyed staying in the balcony checking out people in the beach. The pool is also amazing, which a super friendly staff, where you can easily spend the whole day just relaxing and having some cocktails. Breakfast is great they offer a great variety of food and fresh juices. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Rio.
