After this inconvenience we expected at least some type of compensation like late check out, but reception told us it was not possible, so we ended up having to check out earlier than expected. All this made us unable to rent hotel bikes and after all this trouble we had problems collecting our luggage because employees misinformed us about where it was put, even though it says where it is on the baggage ticket we kept.* All these little things led to a not so great experience in the hotel. We expected better customer care for the price we paid.…

Friendly staff who are attentive, great location so you can easily walk to Ipanema beach, amazing view from the restaurant! Very clean inside and modern. Great local amenities make the stay more comfortable. I will definitely return on my next visit to Rio. Thank you!

It is the second time I have stayed in this hotel over the last six months. I am always blown away by the quality of the service of the entire team, from the cleaners to the waiters to the concierge. They are all so helpful and friendly, and they were super patient with the large group of family members I was with. I can’t recommend this this hotel enough. The pool, the view, the food, the rooms all top-notch.
