You can forget to have a Zoom Conference call here, they have the worst WiFi ever experienced in hotels in Rio de Janeiro. Hotel is stylish though their stylish features gets old and tired as they unable to maintain them. Rooms indirect blue ceiling lighting broken, bathroom mirror lighting broken and maintenance staff has no clue how to repair them. They are always fully booked so you don't get to have a choice of room.

A good hotel choice with everything within walking distance. The hotel was fully booked so no upgrade. excellent location is the best thing of the hotel. the cleaning and maintance could be better, although this problem the service is good and the staff astonishing. Oliver, Lucas, Allan despite being young guys have many skills and are great professionals.

Stayed for one night. Staff at the lobby was outright condescending and not prepared to help at all. Everything agreed upon at booking had to be vociferously demanded again at check-in. Probably worst reception service I’ve had. While checking-in I noticed that it was ratter a pattern than the sole case.

How can such a nice hotel have such atrocious Wi-Fi. Connection has been spotty throughout my stay. I had important work meetings that kept getting dropped due to bad Wi-Fi (which was rather embarrassing to say the least). After the Wi-Fi went down for hours at one point I was advised the issue had been fixed, but it continued to be spotty. It is such a simple thing to have fixed. Everything else is great but I am giving one star due to my disappointment and the personal repercussions I am facing at work because I could not host a full-length meeting without dropping off multiple times due to bad internet.

Anicio, Concierge at Vogue Hotel is the best of all !!! He helped with all our issues, lost baggage, car rental, covid test, restaurant recommendations. He became part of our fascinating stay in Rio. We choose Vogue hotel as it is located in the modern part of Rio near to nice restaurants, including Heaven Cucina in the shopping mall where the hotel is located.
