Negative points

1, Swimming pool for more than 2 years that is in retirement.
2. Noisy air conditioning
3- Bedroom with low acoustic insulation or nonexistent. If you hear the voices in the hallway, the neighboring room and the noise of street traffic
4- toilet loose and the bathroom door has no lock, preventing closure for greater privacy.
5. Restaurant, the night, with air conditioning off, looks like a sauna and should be turned on to welcome guests who wish to have meals at the hotel
6. The price of the sandwiches is almost the same as that of an a la carte dish.
7. Breakfast without many options and with people waiting for replacement of dishes and tables available, given that the place is not very large in relation to the number of guests.
8. Wifi does not catch well in the rooms.

Positive points

1. Room and spacious bathroom
2. Internal parking (paid)
3. Gentleness of staff
4. Close to bars, restaurants and in front of the beach
5. Location
6. Cost X Valid benefit

We really enjoyed our stay at the Littoral Hotel. I can't say enough good things about the staff! Extremely helpful and pleasant and they always seem to have someone available who speaks English. That was so helpful! The location is terrific, directly across from the beautiful beaches and just a short walk to restaurants, etc. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is included with the room and is a nice assortment of foods from which to choose. The rooms are nice, though basic. Beds are very comfortable.

Our only negative was the wifi was constantly bogged down since the hotel was full. That was really frustrating. It would constantly knock us off or run really slow. If they fixed that...no complaints!!

Big and clean rooms, good wifi, friendly stuff, excellent location (in front of the Cabo Branco beach, near Tambaú market-place), a comfortable lounge in front of the reception, a very good restaurant, excellent breakfast (including tapioca made to order), swimming pool, and a very good price

The hotel has old facilities and staff who are unprepared to serve customers
I needed internet in my room at 11 pm to work and someone came to the room without knowing how they could help and even insinuated that it wasn't time to work!!!!
They need to improve a lot!!!!

The hotel is well located, facing the sea.
Simple breakfast and cramped location.
The standard room we stayed in was poorly cleaned.
Academics need to invest in new devices.
They have a beautiful view on the 4th floor, without a pool in the hotel.
The reception staff are hard-working, the ladies at the restaurant look bad when serving you, a shame because the hotel would have everything to truly be a place of excellence.
Don't believe what the Internet shows because you may be disappointed when you arrive at the place.

Old hotel, no care, gets in any way, has no pool, at check in me.was given fit with.the dirty walls, private cover loose and no toilet paper. A shame. After going to the reception report, they made the transfer to an apartment in normal conditions.

I've stayed 10 nights in this hotel in the beginning of October and it seems it was the only hotel available my company could book due to IGF event taking place on the same period.

The hotel is nice, clean and it provides some amenities such as outside pool, free wireless connection, breakfast.

However, the rooms are small compared to the average hotel in Brazil and the prices are somewhat higher than I expected to pay (Consulting other hotels after I was already there, I found out that not only they had rooms available, but that I could also get me a fancier hotel for the same price). It also bothered me a little that they charged for parking even though one night my car was parked in front of the hotel on the street. I'm not against charging, as long as I'm actually using the hotel's parking space.

Overall, the staff was very welcoming and everyone took the effort to fulfill the guest's needs.

My son and I spent a week in the delightful city of João Pessoa and stayed at this hotel for seven nights. The location, although not prime, is satisfying. The service is slightly above average for a 3 star hotel (2,5 tops in my humble opinion). What really bothered me was that hot water was unavailable for 5 of the 7 nights. It wasn't really warm that week, and we had to take cold showers. This is nonsensical. When told about the problem, the front desk clerks would simply say that the boilers wasn't heating the water. It was like talking to a rock. They repeated the same line 5 times. I asked then when it could be fixed and they claimed they did not know. Laugh, if you can. On the upside, the view from the deck is inviting.

We stayed here for a night this week and I’m feeling a little mixed. The room we stayed in certainly needs updating (as you can infer from the photo of the rotary dial phone in the bathroom—why is there a phone in the bathroom?). The included breakfast was passable, but the dining area is crowded (seems like a pretty busy hotel from the number of guests at breakfast). Also, they charge for parking (admittedly, very little, but still…).
On the positive side, the employees are professional, but friendly. The pool is very large compared to all the hotels that are located right in front of the beach. They also have a pool table, a foosball table, a decent gym and a bar.
There are several good restaurants quite close by and a few beach bars in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the hot water is hot; the a/c also worked well. In all, if you can overlook some out of date fixtures, I would recommend this hotel.
