The rooms are very small, you can't dry a bikini, canga, nothing because there's no balcony and not even an internal balcony and the place where the air conditioning was positioned is terrible. Right above the bedhead. There's no outlet next to the bed. We took a room for two, and the double bed was divided so only one side was left with bedside table and socket. Other than that in the hotel dependencies has taken nowhere. If you want to relax on the rooftop and take your laptop to work for example there is no outlet in any corner, to charge the cell phone nothing. You can not even leave your electronics charging in the room because when you go out and take out the card the power is interrupted. The reception places a flavored water but does not have a courtesy coffee, in a hotel that is said to be of high standard where everything is so expensive. Outside the spa that wasn't working for the guests, with the excuse of banned

We tried the rental directly with the hotel and had access to all the services that served us satisfactorily. But we had to extend our rental to a room directly with the owner and we gradually discovered that there was no breakfast, room service or the possibility of leaving our bags at reception. If there was advance notice, we wouldn't be so dissatisfied

Very quiet hotel, very well located, with a shopping mall right next door with lots of dining options. I list the following as very positive points: the location, the breakfast (which has options for all tastes), the bed, room service and cleanliness. As good points, I list the swimming pool (a little small, but it's enough, but as there is wind all the time in the place, it's difficult to make good use of it), the gym (four machines and several weights and dumbbells) and the service. Finally, I list points that in my opinion can be improved: the bathroom sink in the room we stayed in is very small, it competes for space with the tap itself, which makes it difficult to wash your face; the TV is extremely limited, in addition to not offering any streaming or cable TV services, it does not even accept cell phone mirroring, as it does not allow Wi-Fi connection; and finally, access to the upper area... we woke up at 4:30 am on a Wednesday to watch the sunrise, and discovered that the upper area can only be accessed from 6:00 am, they should have allowed access to that area beforehand. Furthermore, it was a very pleasant experience staying for 6 nights at Arpoar Slaviero.

We come to João Pessoa every year, and this time we wanted to try this Hotel under the Slaviero flag, due to the good service in Campina Grande. What a disappointment. Bad service, rude reception staff, and bad with life, you arrive from a trip and are treated harshly and without cordiality, it's difficult to see this in a place to receive guests, but I saw it here at this hotel, every day.
There was no water on 12/31, even if it was for a short period of time, it disrupted a program, and no explanations or anything like that. The fourth, tiny materials used, from the toilet to the power switches and the like, are the cheapest on the market, don't take a Taiff dryer or things that require a good quality switch you won't be able to use.
The breakfast is reasonable, however, despite the staff being a little more friendly, there is a lack of training, everything takes time from setting the tables to cleaning them. On January 1st, it was the worst day ever, believe me, we had to wait in line outside the restaurant to have coffee, because there were no seats, general disorganization, and those who disrespected the "queue" took the seats, in short, a horrible experience in this hotel .

Without a drop of water in the suite since 5 am, all of the hotel's bathrooms are dirty, with no solution to the problem expected.
I asked for a bucket of water for the toilet and was not answered.
I would like proportional reimbursement for the daily rate until the water supply is restored.

The hotel has an excellent location, the structure is very new and very tasteful! The only flaw is the blackout curtains in the rooms, which are short and let light through at sunrise. The breakfast is good and the staff are extremely friendly, especially Gustavo, who is an exceptional person!

Brand new, that's always good. The rooftop, formerly known as the terrace, is interesting. But breakfast is very important for us tourists in hotels. Bacon, when it appeared, burned. Undercooked eggs simply unacceptable. Furthermore, good location and good service. Recommended, with reservations. We have a family member living in the city, we have been coming regularly for the last 5 years. Tourism in João Pessoa is evolving. Arpoar can improve.

New building, new furniture and room, beautiful decor. Soft bed and the night was silent. Shower for a pleasant bath. The pool area is beautiful with views of the city and an infinity edge of the sea. There was no breakfast in my package (I was unable to evaluate this item). Shopping right next door. I recommend it to everyone!

Experience I've had with hotels three stars above. The hotel lost power at 5pm, and since then they said it would arrive in 30 minutes. Missing that returned at 11.40pm. Worse than running out of power is the treatment of hotel staff who disrespect you and lie in their information. Run away from this place.

Close to shopping, pharmacy. I recommend renting directly through the hotel management. Beautiful pool and varied breakfast. I liked the waterfront with the bike path option. Varied and regional restaurants.top
