The hotel is well located. Privileged sea view, but the room we stayed in is awful for family. Very small. And for those who spent 10 days it was really awful. The hotel does not have Smart TV, for those who want a rest after the beach better see program on the cell phone, notebook or even go to sleep because there is no program that provides. And if you have a child take a tablet, toys or board games so that the child does not get bored because there is nothing on the TV. The bathroom is horrible too. Minuscule. The shower should be about 4cm in diameter if not less. The woman who does not want to wash her hair every day, better bring a touch or a helmet because it will wet in the same kkkk. To bath my 5-year-old daughter I had to take a bath with her every day because otherwise the bathroom would get wet and me too. The shower is really awful. Our room had no balcony which makes it difficult to dry wet clothes from the beach, the pool and even the towels because in the bathroom you can not stretch anything. The location is very good, close to the beach, good pool. The meal is very good, with a good choice of dishes, as well as room service that operates 24 hours a day (after 10pm there are restrictions on some options on the menu). Attentive staff, always willing to help. The terrible part is what they call the Baby Pantry, at most it can be called an area with a sink. It doesn't even have detergent. To be called a baby's pantry, it could at least be kept adequately clean and offer some fruit that the parents could pick up for the child, in addition to having a drainer to put material that is washed. They could improve a lot on this, or inform that there is only one space to wash baby bottles but that parents should bring detergent and whatever else they are going to use.

I stayed with my family, we booked 2 rooms, the best in the hotel, for 8 days. When booking, I requested a crib and bathtub for my 8-month-old son, items that the hotel said were available at the time of booking, the crib was new, but with an improvised mattress, it looked like a cushion from a sofa, it was much smaller than the crib, I had to adjust it with sheets. The bathtub was completely dirty. Only cold water in the shower, to bathe my son I had to ask for hot water from the kitchen, completely absurd, which still had to wait for the delay. I complained several times about the water, but no one took it away. Baby cup, without detergent and when I asked, they gave me water mixed with a drop of soap. I went to the store and bought detergent and a sponge. The glasses in the room were never changed. One day we arrived around 6 pm and the room had not been cleaned, after a lot of begging they went to clean it and when I told them to touch the glasses, I discovered that the glasses are washed very badly in the bathroom sink and dried with a towel, I bought 70 alcohol to be able to sanitize. Another absurdity. I was already very disappointed, when the hotel hosts a football team, from then on it was just stress. Every late afternoon I went to the restaurant to get a plate for my son's food and one of the times I was stopped by 2 idiotic team security guards, me and my baby. They closed the restaurant for lunch and dinner to accommodate the team. Guests waited 2 hours or more to be served in a corner without air conditioning. The beach service, which was already terrible, got worse. Not to mention 1 reception employee who, when he made a complaint or request, said he couldn't help because he was a simple receptionist. There was also the day when this simple receptionist informed me that he didn't have a beach towel and that I could go to the room and get the bath towels. I realized, talking to other guests that the disappointment was not just mine and that the hotel discriminated by rooms. Including charging 5 reais per day for a beach towel, for those in a lower room. Disrespectful treatment towards those who were there for the CVC, with those who bought half board with a reduced menu and poor service. The fact is that I no longer set foot in this hotel and I make a point of passing this on. My father is from Paraíba, my family lives in João Pessoa and they will definitely help me recommend another hotel. I've already stayed at Oceana Bessa, and I only chose Hardman because of its location, a bad choice. The saddest thing about all this is knowing that they won't give the slightest importance to these complaints. A businessman needs to treat his customers with a lot of respect and quality and unfortunately the owner of this hotel doesn't care.

Firstly, what motivated the rating as reasonable was the service in general. All receptionists, attendants and valets were very polite and helpful. The grade could be worse taking into account cleaning and items such as bed and bath linen. The cleaning is too bad, and as for the bath towels, they were from 2017, that's right, 2017. We think it's absurd that we have towels that are super worn out and have holes in them. The bathroom carpet was not changed, and the lamp that burned out was not changed during the time we were there (2 days), even though we asked for it twice. The problem with light is that there is no ceiling light in the room, with the lamp being the main light (we are left with the reading light on the side of the bed). We stayed for the third time this year, 2023, and once again we were very happy and satisfied with Hardman. From the location, to the management service, the impeccable cleaning, the receptiveness of the valets, especially Ewerton, the delicious breakfast and suggestions made by Adzelia and Stefanie, to the cordiality of Chagas at the reception. At reception, Chagas and Aline provided excellent service. Friendly, helpful and always very polite.
Upon arrival, we were very well received by Aline and on the last day, we asked to extend our checkout time because we wanted to do a tour that depended on the low tide, even though Chagas was unable to extend it more than ½ hour, he was super sweet telling us that we would provide towels for us to take a shower in the common bathroom if we didn't have time, and would also store our luggage at reception after freeing up the room. That extra ½ hour was excellent and everything went well ❤️
At breakfast we were once again welcomed with a smile and hug from Adzélia, who even remembered the last year we came, and that made all the difference in our day. We were treated very well, as if we were really family. Great quality products in the cafe, we just missed a little cream cheese or cream cheese to accompany the rolls.

The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. On the beach there are only 5 guards for guests. The entrance to the hotel is very vulnerable, there is no security, anyone from the street enters the pool area without any obstacles. There are no drinks or drinking water available that is not for purchase. They charge very expensive drinks, and even hot water charge 7,00 a cup! The staff are wonderful, very attentive, efficient and polite, do everything they can for our stay to be the best possible, the problems encountered are the responsibility of the property owner, who should earn a little less and invest a little more.

Wi-fi in the room often lost connection, if you need to have a meeting or upload/download a file you will have problems, the pool bar had moments when I waited for someone to show up and nothing, room with poor lighting and only one socket on each side of the bed, that is, you either charge your cell phone or use the lamp. Guys, when you enter the hotel the smell is wonderful and it gives you a feeling of freshness and cleanness. They could study the possibility of selling the hotel's smell. I really enjoyed my stay, I had a pleasant surprise on my birthday, the hotel food and breakfast were very good. On Friday, late afternoon, there was Sax in the pool area. There are 2 points to improve is the lighting in the room (you can't put on makeup) and as I stayed in a triple room the bathroom is tiny and the shower isn't the best either, I don't know what it's like in other rooms. Apart from these details I would go back and recommend it. Comfortable bed, pool area staff, security, reception and breakfast staff were super friendly.

Sim, possui frigobar é abastecido e também usei com água que comprei no supermercado que fica bem próximo e é muito + barato.
quanto entretenimento tem o bar com a piscina que fica de frente à praia, à noite não sei, eu pelo menos não vi.
Se gosta de passear à noite, feirinha e barzinho beira mar, ficam um pouco + distante, mais próximos da praia de Tambaú e Praia de Cabo Branco.
