We have stayed in Hotel Vale Verde several times. It is not downtown, but near the airport and suits us because it is convenient to the University of Mato Grosso do Sul where we have colleagues. It is not a fancy place, but is very comfortable and convenient. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Good showers. The rooms vary... More

This is a basic hotel good for a stopping off point to and from the Pantanal. The location is convenient to the airport. Great breakfast is included; dinners were very good. Staff is extremely helpful.

Not a luxury place but good location halfway between airport and city center. Good staff and excellent breakfast. For that price, a place to recommend even if the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean

Very good location for stopping en route to Bonito or Pantanal. Reception staff very helpful and patient with my lack of Portuguese. 3km walk from central part of town. Breakfast and evening meals very good. Corridors do not have carpet so you may hear other guests coming and going plus their conversations

Hotel Vale Verde is a practical choice if you are on a business trip to Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. The hotel is located at the beginning of Avenida Afonso Pena, the main Campo Grande thoroughfare. The distance from the Airport is quite short. The hotel is quite clean, the restaurant is passable and the staff... More

This airport is pretty close to Campo Grande Airport and good for one night only in case of a late arrival or early departure. The lobby looks nice, but the upper floors including the rooms are disappointing considering the hote rate. The restaurant looks very average with plastic covered seat cushions and a blaring TV on the wall. Although the... More

We arrived about midnight and my first impression about this hotel was not very good. The staff seemed to have a bad trainning about the work. The corridor was dark with some plants (yes, plants!) pending from the roof. However, the room presented a very good one. Clean, new, a very comfortable bed, new TV equipment. In the morning I... even if this hotel may be routinely recommended by many tour operators in bonito, it still is a dump. it#s hard to believe that campo grande should not have better options in the same price category. the hotel has the outspoken charme of a 1961 soviet style conference building. the rooms are kept clean or at least they seem to... Everyone agrees that this is an OK business-oriented hotel, close to the airport, which makes for convenience. But BE SURE TO ASK FOR A BACK ROOM. The rooms in the front open onto a very busy street and unless you want to try and drown out the noise with the Air-Conditioner, you will have a bad night. Otherwise, it was... More
