I had the chance to stay at the grand Bittar for only one night. The room was comfortable, the bathroom quite big and the view on the city center super cool. Breakfast is good, and service, as in most of Brazil is quite average (to poor). Nevertheless the average overall experience was good.

Stayed for 1 night while passing through Brasilia. Very quiet although as it's more of a business hotel, I guess it's busier during the week. Good quality, nice big room and very comfortable. Huge bathroom but with just a shower and no bath. Balcony to sit out on, but view is straight into the next hotel and a building site....

Perfect location, great breakfast, clean bedrooms and very comfy beds. Staff is polite and helpful. Everything what you need to be well located and accommodated without have to think about small details.

Grand Bitter is undoubtedly a good hotel to stay in Brasília; its rooms are spacious and beds comfy, staff is very nice, and the restaurant is excellent and not overpriced as far as this city goes. My only regret is that rooms get too much noise from the wide lane avenue nearby from early morning onwards. At some point all...

I don't know how the star rating agency work but this is not a 5 star hotel. To my standards that would be a 4 star max, the hotel looks outdated, the breakfast is poor to my taste and the reception in ineffective. I must am say the beds are really good and comfortable but that is about it.

Allegedly 5-star hotel in north hotel sector of Brasilia. Several staff at times abrupt, inexplicably pretentious, unhelpful. Unprofessional service, charged our credit card for our stay without our knowledge/authorisation. Room appointed to 3 star standard at best, but comfortable and clean enough. Triple room is actually double with added bed, so cramped. Substantial noise from street at night even with...

I stayed one night at the Grand Bittar Hotel. There are many hotel options in Brasilia, very few of them would I call good or interesting. Brasilia just does not seem to demand that level of hotel, unlike Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. The Grand Bittar is perfectly fine, with the rooms clearly decorated with a Brazilian sensibility. The...

This hotel was actually exactly what I expected it to be given the late booking for the World Cup game in Brasilia. Location was great for the game, but this was about the only amenity worth the stay. The safe was not functional, the shower had two used bars of soap in them (hadn't been cleaned), the workout room and...

Went to Brazilia for a WC game, hotel district is within walking distance to stadium so we were happy with that. Government offices, Cathedral, Museum and other are also at close proximity. Hotel needs renovation, but it worked out well. Rooms are large and clean. I overpaid because of WC. Nice breakfast.

I reserved for 11 nights using Booking.com, which clearly stated that the reservation could be cancelled (for a small penalty) if necessary. When I needed to check out early after staying only two nights I learned that the hotel had already charged my credit card for the full 11 nights. Staff promised that a refund would be processed within a...
