After getting my Flight cancelled at Reagan National Airport I turned to Hilton to take refuge. The airline wouldn’t give me my luggage back but the Hilton staff did everything they could to get me all the toiletries I needed to get clean and ready for the next days travel.

No wake up call. Found out at 3 am in the morning no cabs available to get to Dulles because our flight was cancelled at Ronald Reagan. Staff knew this and never told us. Breakfast staff was inattentive as well compared to my last visit. I won't be returning to this property.
