I have stayed here several times in the past and returned for this year's 4th of July weekend. From the moment you check in until check out the staff is there to serve your every need with their friendly, efficient and professional service. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the kitchen ware one would need for a great vacation. A free laundry is also located on each floor. The resort is across the street from the Metro Blue/Yellow lines for easy access to the DC attractions. Two stops from Reagan airport. There is also a bus to National Harbor for $2.00. If staying for several days, there is a whole foods store 3 blocks away. The resort on Kings St has a trolly stop at its entrance which will take you down to the many historical buildings and waterfront.

This is our second time here. We love the location above all. It is literally across the street from the Metro train so access to DC is incredibly easy. Parking was complimentary in a covered garage ( unlike so many other Wyndham resorts! ) The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean in the lobby and common areas. Staff was friendly and our room ready when we arrived at 3. We had a 2 bedroom condo and it was HUGE. Large bathrooms, clean beds and linens. All kitchen items were clean and plentiful. The only negative was the slightly tired look of walls and couches/ tables. Could use a bit of paint. I did note fingerprints on the door knobs and mirrors and have reported that ( it’s unusual for Wyndham resorts to have unclean areas in our experience). Since Covid, however, we’ve started taking Clorox wipes with us and doing our own wipe-downs before settling in when we travel. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this location, 5th overall at a Wyndham. We have five kids, and the 2bd/2ba suite fits our needs perfectly. Did laundry on day 3. We love the gym, metro, and the easy parking. Whole Foods is a 5min walk away - their hot food bar was *the* prefect grab-n-go breakfast spot, plus it was an easy meal option for my teens to navigate while my husband and I went out for a nice dinner. Everything was comfortable and easy, just what we needed!

A good, solid upscale hotel with a great location, right in the middle of Old Town Alexandria. They traded away some resort features, such as a pool, for location and for luxury inside. Service was friendly and good. As it happened,I got to spend very little time here because of a companion's change of plans, but I thoroughly enjoyed the time I did spend. A vast improvement over many other Wyndham resorts I've experienced.

I am staying here with my brother and his wife. Due to miscommunication, I arrived at 7:00 p.m., and my brother and his wife didn’t arrive till 9:30. I was exhausted after driving from the first leg of our vacation in Pennsylvania. I asked my brother’s wife to call to arrange for me to go ahead and check in. She called and spoke to a man at the front desk, who told her she would have to call Reservations, which was off-site. They called, and Reservations was closed, even though they were supposed to be open till 8:00 p.m. I asked the man at the front desk what other options we had, and he suggested my brother/wife make the request online. They were never able to get that to work. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours, and I couldn’t get the wi-fi password from the night shift person at the front desk. Once my brother finally arrived, his demeanor totally changed. The resort itself is quite nice, but they need to have a simple process where guests can check in ahead of timeshare owners. I own other timeshares and have always to arrange check-in for my guests quickly and easily.

The two bedroom suite was very large. The toilets and dining room chairs were very short. Everything was very clean. The front desk a little dry. Skip the Wyndham update-- the staff berates you for not buying-- they really should evaluate their roles especially since 2020 turned the hospitatliy industry. The walls were thin- kistening to drunk neighbors was not fun but security did shut them up after my 3 am wake up call. We went for Cherry Blossom Fest and Had a Beautiful time Sunday the first day of full blossom. This place does have a great location in Alexandris, near the expressways. The George Washington Mason Monument is right scross the street- ish.

Once I got past trying to find the entrance and then trying to find the parking, my trip was quiet and pleasant. I requested a room on the corner with a balcony so I can sit out and people watch or in this case train watch. It's right on the main drag so if you don't mind walking, the dock, restaurants, and even water taxi or boat cruise are just over a mile away. I think I came on off season so it was so peaceful. The people are friendly and helpful, especially Lamar at the front, the repair man that came to fix my toilet, and the cleaning lady that came to clean up after he left. Now that I know where it is, I would come back. If you are mobility limited, this is at the end of the king mile so you may want to choose another spot. If you want peace, quiet, friendliness, and cleanliness, this is a good pic. You cant see the resort from the street so when the gps says stop, stop and turn in :-) Don't drive a large vehicle either because the parking is tight but FREE.

We visited January 20. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They serve snacks and drinks in the late afternoon on Friday and Saturday. The location is perfect with easy access to the train station a 5 minute walk. Parking s free, underground. The rooms were comfortable with a fully functioning kitchen. Would definitely return.

We stayed here for 5 nights. 10 minutes on the Metro to the Washington Mall and all of the Smithsonian Museums. 4 adults, my octogenarian parents, me and one of my sisters in a two bedroom, 2 bath unit. We were very comfortable.

Wonderful family unit, but we spent most of our time touring DC. Free shuttles to the waterfront, and the DC Metro was only a block away. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. We will go bad when we can.
