Excellent!! Great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Matt and Debra were very accommodating and super friendly. Next time we are in the DC area we will definitately stay here.
We stayed at the hotel with a group of 37 along with many other school groups. Debra was cheerful each and every morning of our weeklong stay. The breakfast area was always clean and tidy, even with the large numbers of kids! She is a rockstar!
Very pleasant stay at good location getting in and out of DC. Hotel rate was very reasonable. Very attentive staff; Debra always welcomes guests at breakfast with a warm smile, and has everything under control no matter how large the crowd.
Debra that handles the breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. She is definitely a bright spot for this hotel. We stayed 5 days and each morning she was happy and quick to ask of we needed anything. Even when large groups swarmed the breakfast buffet she kept it well stocked with fresh food.
Nicely appointed room. The fridge and microwave were hidden in the armoire. There were full sized body soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower which was more convenient than the small bottles most hotels leave in the bathroom.
I should've listened to my husband. He was interested in another hotel from reading trip advisor reviews, but I thought this one would be just fine. I was wrong...this place seems ok, but it just needs some work. The front lobby floor was very sticky and while we were checking in my son pointed out a chunk of food on the floor. The room was a nice size, but was very stuffy feeling temperature wise. I did utilize the heat system, but it was so noisy and just kept kicking on as though it couldn't ever level out longer than 5 minutes. The bed was the next issue. In all the IHG hotels we have stayed at, this was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have laid on. The bed seemed to sag in on itself and was very lumpy and extra soft. I would feel every single movement my daughter made throughout the night. Between the bed and the noisy heater, I slept a mere 3 hours. I was looking forward to breakfast and a hot fresh cup of coffee. The coffee tasted horrible. The measurements were clearly off. The staff was lagging on cleaning off tables between customers. No, they were not busy with food, they were out looking about but doing nothing. My daughter had the biscuits and gravy and mentioned it tasting "different"... before lunch she was complaining of a sour stomach and needed extra pit stops. I would not recommend this place if in the area.…

Great location very clean hotel. Spacious rooms that are well furnished. Excellent pillows and really good towels that are refreshed daily. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Very afforadable for this area so close to DC. Will definitely be staying here again when I am in the area.
Stayed a couple nights for business. Great location, great customer service and just an overall good stay. Be careful with the cinnanmon rolls at breakfast, they're way too good to be good for you but I couldn't resist. I recommend this hotel and the breakfast.
Really nice clean hotel, excellent staff, nice breakfast layout. The only issue we had (not the staffs fault) was the tv. We called it an early night because we had a long day, figured we would relax and watch some tv after coming back from dinner but found the remote would only turn the tv on/off leaving us with FOX NEWS. I’m not tech illiterate so trust me I tried. Finally, thinking maybe it was the battery I headed down to the desk. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was super nice and helpful. He couldn’t find any extra remotes so gave me the one from the lobby. I came back up to the room and changed the channel however again, it went right back to Fox News. I gave up all efforts at this point. This morning I heard another guest had the same exact issue which can only lead us to believe that there is a fox’s news conspiracy going on here. We would have pushed 5/5 dots if it weren’t for the tv issues. If you have no problem with Fox News you’ll be just fine (sort of). Other than that I really do recommend the stay, we got a great deal. We considered Airbnb before booking the room but it would have been a lot more pricey and further away from dc, I’m glad we chose this spot. …
