Very, very basic. Very thin floors/walls. If you want a quiet, peaceful place to stay, don’t come here. Can hear every step the people on floors above you take. Asked for a room change with no one above me. Allowed room change to “someone is above you but shouldn’t bother you.” Heard every step they took when they came in at midnight. Did not offer me the top floor and there are only about 10 rooms booked. I will never stay here again.
My husband and I stayed here two nights. The hotel was mostly empty so our reservation was upgraded. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning/heating unit was really noisy and made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable one of the nights. The second night we just left it off and slept much better. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper and we ended up running out. Breakfast was basic - cereal, oatmeal, juice and waffles and not much more. They are right next to the highway and have a decent amount of restaurants nearby.
great hotel I will stay here every time I am in town, the staff was very helpful and friendly, nice area, I felt safe. I am a single female and felt safe walking around the propery, it was well lit. and safe
This hotel was extremely clean! This staff and management really worrying game jd in keeping the hotel as clean quiet and comfortable as possible. Even though there were guests on both sides of us the Room was completely quiet. No outside noise! It's a wonderful location only minutes from many restaurants in shopping!
I am from Jacksonville, NC. Came to TN to visit family. It was a 6 hour ride, then took another hour to get to the hotel. The stay was pleasant enough. The room was nice. Because of Covid-19, breakfast was not available. I really don't have a lot to say. Got there about 10 p.m. Parking lot was packed. Checked out at about 6:30 a.m. Everyone had pretty much cleared out. Slept fine. Very quiet. Shower was good. Coffee was available at checkout. Will probably stay here when I go to Laurel Bloomery, TN, to visit my son and daughter-in-law again.
