I attended a conference at the Renaissance in May (did a review back then but didn't seem to get posted for some reason). I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough. The friendly staff really make your stay an enjoyable one. In particular Lexi, Sarah, Kim, Pooja & the other girls at the Reception who go out of their way to...

I was at the Renaissance for a conference. It was a wonderful stay! The patio is incredible, so have a drink out there before you leave for dinner. Our team had a great stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was professional and polite. We were able to stay in adjoining rooms, which was fun too! I'll definitely stay...

Whew! If you want to be surrounded by beautiful things and sleep in feathers then this is your kind of place! Let me tell you! This Hotel is awesome! Now, keep in mind they charge you for everything including wifi but lavish it is! It seems to me though if you pay top dollar for a room it seems like...

Renaissance has always been top notch in customer service. I recently had to extend my stay by one day and the website stated they were booked. I directly contacted the management and they made accommodations for an extra day as requested. Great location, great customer service and great satisfaction all around.

The AREA is ok, there are many restaurants and few shops nearby. Not enough bars. The area is served by a good bus route downtown. The SERVICE at the hotel was rather slow, we only had breakfast in the hotel. The restaurant was small for the size of the hotel - considering the number of rooms and conference facilities. The...

I don't often leave reviews, but I spent the last three nights at the Renaissance Austin hotel for a three-day meeting/conference. I traveled with a group, and we had a little hiccup at check in. Vanessa handled the problem with wonderful grace and patience. Once I made it to my room, I found that it was very large and the...

Stayed here recently for a weekend getaway to Austin! Beautiful hotel in a great location. Love the guitar theme in the hotel and love the walking trails behind hotel. Great views to enjoy coffee in the am. Could never figure out where the restaurant was. Starbucks was great. Front desk staff very nice and helpful!

We stayed at the Renaissance Austin for a conference and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet. The bar area was very nice and the outside lounge area was outstanding. The pool was very nice, particularly for a hotel, the pool was very nice as well. While there are a...

We booked this hotel while we were in Austin for my brother's graduation. The location was perfect! The hotel is beautiful. We didn't have time for a swim, but the grounds and pool were nice. Our room was quite spacious with plenty of room for luggage. We had a king size bed and had a lot of space! The bathroom...

We have microwaves available in select public locations at the hotel, but these are not available in any of our guest rooms. Please feel free to inquire with the front desk upon arrival so we can point out where you can go to use the microwave.

The majority of our rooms have a tub/shower combination, while a limited number have only a stand up shower. If you have a preference for one of these we are happy to note this on your reservation and can do so if you call the hotel and provide us with your confirmation number. We look forward to serving you!

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a shuttle but we do have taxi's readily available to transport you to this building. It is just a short walk from the hotel, but since you will be carrying heavy materials I would recommend either renting a car as suggested by others or using a cab service since the location is uphill.

I hope you find this information helpful! We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel soon!
