My stay here was short and just OK. The hotel is fine - not the greatest location. I could do without the loud country music playing throughout the atrium. I had an interior facing room into the atrium. Room was fine. Nothing terribly fancy. A bit over-priced for the experience. I understand that hotels need to make money, but charging...

I am a local & decided to take my Grandson to a hotel with an indoor pool. Booked a one night in a regular room & the day before logged in on the Marriott app & decided to upgrade to an Executive suite. Clean room, two queen beds, living room with large l shaped couch & 2nd flat screen TV,...

This is a great hotel where rooms are all modern and well decorated. I checked in at midnight and staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff was also cheerful and anxious to serve. Business center is very small with just one computer and printer in a room the size of a closet. Parking is also a little disjointed.

The wife and I decided we needed to have a fling, with each other of course, so after stuffing ourselves on Thanksgiving we headed to Austin. This was our first stay at the Renaissance, we usually stay downtown at the JW, but wanted something different. Also, it was cold and rainy so we knew we wouldn't be out walking 6th...

Stayed here for a conference. Nice rooms, GREAT service! I got in very late due to a delayed flight and it was so nice to be greeted by staff that went over and above to make sure my check in was smooth. Room service was fantastic. Quick and breakfast was great! The bed was amazing, room was very clean. I...

Quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Check in was fast and friendly. This is a pet friendly hotel. Great views of downtown Austin. Close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect place to get some walking in. Great room service with quick delivery. Restaurant and bar service excellent. Outside eating area with fireplace during the cool of the evening. We found...

Huge big place with a ridiculous central atrium. Front desk service was so-so. Breakfast was good... and the bar service and bar staff were absolutely brilliant. We were there for the F1.. we made friends pretty quick.. we were not quiet! We had a brilliant time and the staff put up with us very well... Special praise for Rachel who...

If you read my other reviews, you will know that I am a federal employee for a financial institution regulatory agency and that I was once a field examiner traveling frequently. I have learned to loath cheap hotels and have high standards for the quality of the room. I now travel to Austin once per month for a required week...

First impressions can kill a business. The problem was that no one was at the front desk when we arrived, and it took way too long for someone to finally show up. A manager of some type showed up first, but apparently checking people in was not his job, so he dissapeared. After a couple of more minutes someone did...

Thank you so much for staying and please accept our sincere apologies that you were not greeted as your should have been upon arrival. We know very well that it is important to have our ambassadors present in the lobby and at the front desk and it is unacceptable that this was not the case. I'm glad that once you...
