I was able to book a deal online for a brief stay during the Christmas break. I loved the room. It was nicely designed, clean, and up to date. The staff was very sweet during check-in and checkout. I would like to return the spring in order to enjoy the area better because it seems to have so much to...

This palce is lovely but don't expect a hop to downtown Austin, it's about 20-30 min cab drive away. The hotel itself is very nice, good restaurant/bar, and lovely rooms. It is located in an industrial park area with lost of restaurants and shopping, walking is not really an option so I suggest cabs or renting a car. Also, Uber...

I stayed at the hotel for a few days, and throughout my stay everyone was very warm and welcoming, but the one person who stuck out the most was Andrew who checked both my rooms in. We also had a light out in our room so we called down and the Maintenance on duty came right away to fix it-...

Wonderful hotel, lovely modern rooms, close to many restaurants, good gym facilities, great conference venue, very friendly staff. Can't fault anything except far from the city centre but bus stop is nearby and only $1.25 to get into town.

This was overall a good hotel and I would stay again. There were some quirks but I'll focus on good 1st: immaculately clean, great pillows and comfortable bed. Very accommodating and helpful staff at entrance. Wonderful location near shops and restaurants. Less positive: no door on the shower, no towel racks (not a one!!), scratchy thin towels, a little loud...

My son attended an event hosted at this hotel. Whilst trying to find a parking spot, we were approached by a very angry and rude attendant who yelled at us about the lot being full and that we should use the parking garage. I understand that this was a very crowded event but his tone and demeanor were unnecessary. This...

Big hotel with nice inner plaza and ideal for conferences. Rooms are spacious but unfortunately the walls are very thin. I would have given it four stars if it was not for the person in the room next to me who was having a meeting at 5 o'clock in the morning which woke me up. I could hear the conversation...

I stayed here because the downtown hotel hosting the conference I attended was full. Front desk, valet, and room service were all excellent. The coffee shop in the atrium was great. For me --and this may not apply to you --I unfortunately had the sense of being in a scene in a movie about a dystopian future, in which I...

My kids and I stayed for one night and loved the hotel. We parked right near the front entrance and parking was free. The hotel didn't seem super busy. We were upgraded to a suite and had an outside facing room. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The tv in the suite area was having issues and a technician...
