I stayed here on a business trip. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast at a reasonable price. This is very much like other Renaissance hotels, so if you've stayed at one before and liked it, you will probably like this one too.

The Renaissance at the Arboretum is my all time favorite hotel!! It is a first class operation. We love the area. It is safe as well as beautiful. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Extremely friendly staff. Quiet and clean. Free WiFi if you sign up for Marriott Rewards. Enjoyed the outdoor area by the pool. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance such as Trader Joe's, McDonald's and Cheesecake Factory. Fridge, coffee, safe and iron in the room. Housekeeping arrived at a reasonable time. Pet friendly. Staff helped with luggage. The meeting rooms...

We're very glad you chose our hotel and pleased to hear that you enjoyed everything overall. Our team works hard to ensure that each guest is provided with a memorable experience and it's great that this was the case! I will certainly share your feedback with our Beverage & Food leaders though and I'm sorry that this part of your...

I was here in early May for 5 nights and when I arrived at 3:00 I was informed that my room was not ready despite my request to check in at 3:00. (Warning: Their Check In time is 4:00) The lady who very rudely offered little apology and was very unpleasant to deal with (I do not know her name...

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience overall and the multiple issues that occurred during your stay. This is certainly not a representation of the high level of service we expect our ambassadors to provide, and it is clear that we did not meet even our own expectations on this occurrence. Your feedback will be shared with our leaders...

This hotel is in a super nice location- close to downtown (20 minutes) and in a quiet area with lots of shopping and dining options. We walked to Corner Bakery for breakfast- it's just across the parking lot. I stayed here with our son and it was the perfect choice. Nice indoor pool and our room on the 6th floor...

We stayed at this hotel for two days during a family road trip. We were impressed by how quiet and close this hotel was to other places. There are quite a few restaurants walking distance away, there are shops, a nice pool and friendly staff. Defiantly a good location if you need to stay for SXSW or other events, it...

I travel a lot and in fact have been at this hotel before, when I may have given a 3. At check in, just expect to make 2 or 3 trips to get a room that is not the absolute furthest from the elevator. Note that the rooms are in a loop. . Also horrible use of space and furniture...

We stayed here at the same time some conferences were going on, one of them involving lots of kids. The open central area was loud a couple of times but our room was so quiet you'd have thought we were the only ones in the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant serves excellent meals. The room was...

The service could not have been better. The lobby was very stylized and the kids had fun walking around. There was even a section with a gaming console for them. I really enjoyed the in house coffee shop (also doubles as a takeaway cafe) which proved very convenient. We were planning on ordering room service but opted to order a...
