It is certainly not fancy, but it was comfortable, quiet and clean (enough). It is right across the street from St. Edwards University. It is a short walk to the Crow Bar (rocking place) and the Sage Cafe, which is a really cool coffee bar/restaurant. The carpet did a few spots on it, but for $75, it is a good...

There used to be prostitutes but the roaches ate them up.good for a last resort, nowhere to go place. Dont stay a night, stay a week. that way , youll have enough time to wipe off most of the cigarette smoke on the walls. if you get too stressed out, the crowbar tavern is only 200 ft away.

the one good things i can say about this dump are it's in a pretty good location and they have cable. otherwise.... only if nothing else is available. my husband and i are "serial travelers on a budget" and tend to stay at the cheapest weeklys we can find. this was hands down the dirtiest, most torn-up, neglected hole yet....
