Stayed three nights in the Monroe room. Quiet, quaint accommodations with ample room. Nick is a great host. Location is perfect for walks along the lake in the morning and for visiting many interesting shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The Brava House is a delightful place to stay in Austin. It is super clean, and the second floor is like sleeping in the trees. Breakfast is yummy, and Nick is a wonderful host. Also it is close to many of Austin's venues. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Our stay was fantastic. Can't say enough about this super B and B. The accommodations were great. Super room that was clean and beautiful. The surrounding area is quaint with more beautiful homes and great area to walk. To us though the young man, Nick, who took the B and B over from his Mom is the best part of...

My husband and I stayed here last month for a wedding. The Brava house is in the perfect location from a lot of Austin's attractions-close to the fun, but far enough to be peaceful and "off the beaten path." Nick was very welcoming and personable. Our room was clean, spacious, with personality. I loved all of the unique, personal touches,...

Stayed 4 nights for a recent conference. Quaint and comfortable room in a very nice QUIET neighborhood. A great oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city, but convenient and easy to get to U of Texas campus. Enjoyed the one breakfast I was able to attend and talking motorcycles with Nick the proprietor. Highly recommended !!

The Brava House was a perfect place to call home for a few days while visiting Austin! The location is amazing, as it is in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to Downtown and the Texas Capital. It is also very close to restaurants and bars on West 6th street. Brava house also offers free off street parking. Our room...

Brava House is a welcoming, well-appointed and cozy B&B in a very nice neighborhood in Austin. The room was well-taken care of and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Next time in Austin, I'll definitely return.

I stayed here as a solo traveller from the UK for my first trip to Austin. I had the Fitzgerald suite on the ground floor which was excellent. The sofa was a nice place to relax in the evening whilst watching TV or reading. The location meant that I could go back during the day to cool off or drop...

We were so lucky to find this B and B. Nick was a wealth of information about what to do and where to go! Our room was large and lovely. Loved our breakfast every morning. Austin is a great town and this is the perfect location for getting around town!

We loved this place - the breakfasts, the host, our room, morning greetings from the kitties, welcome beverages in the fridge, etc. Plus, location truly is perfect. Quiet (and pretty) neighborhood, but close to downtown.
