I stayed here five years ago and had a wonderful experience then. I was impressed by their recent remodel. The hotel staff still have the same excellent level of customer service and are incredibly friendly. I felt like they were genuinely happy that I chose to stay here. Superior customer service skills! They are conveniently located off 290 and I-35....

This hotel advertises that if you don't get room service you will get 250 Bonus Points on your Marriott profile. Well...it appears as though that's a lie. I didn't get my points after I specifically asked the front desk. They assured me it would be handled. A month later, 2 emails and a phone call, I still don't have them....

I have not stayed here in years and was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful renovations that have been completed at this property. The hotel is in a great location - but is an older hotel. But - with the renovations - you would think this is a brand new hotel. The lobby is very inviting - many areas to...

My room was updated and everything was new . they even read my marriott profile and prepared my room with extra towels and pillows before I arrived . I really enjoyed staying at this Marriott. Friendly staff and a good vibe. Room clean and comfortable. We ate dinner which was very good. The seating areas are a bit Spartan. There were a few things which we had to repeatedly ask for such as decaff for our room, bathroom products were a bit "and I wonder what they will...

Stayed one night at this property and had three (3) rooms booked. One of the rooms had major AC issues. Overall the staff was nice but the prices in the cafe area were just absurd. $11 for a breakfast sandwich. I rather stay in a Springhill and at least get a free breakfast. I was in room 816 and you...

I just spent two nights there and was disappointed by the experience. The hotel is worn down. Elevators and corridors are dirty and full of dents. Rooms are ok, but the lack of double window and its location along the 35 makes it for very noisy room. In addition my room was located not far from the elevator and that...

Great little hotel. Stayed 6 nights on my last business trip. Breakfast in the morning is excellent ($10). They have free coffee in the lobby, though it isn't fantastic. We've stayed at this hotel many times, before and after remodel. The new lobby and new rooms are very nice, but the hotel operations are sloppy. Each trip, each day, there is something wrong.
