After reading the reviews posted on this site, I was expecting a horrible, roach-infested stay. Had I not booked through Hotwire, I would have cancelled my reservation. But I'm glad I didn't because our stay turned out great for us. Although we checked in around 3AM, the front desk guy was exceptionally friendly and had a plate of cookies waiting...

Pros: 1. Very quiet 2. Very large, clean suite with full kitchen 3. Nice work-out room, pool, and hot-tub 4. Free breakfast buffet every morning 5. Two TVs in the suite 6. Central air/heat 7. Very nicely kept-up grounds, and brick buildings with french-style doors 8. Very cheap: only paid $65.00 per night (plus taxes). 9. Front desk folks very...

I booked this hotel on Hotwire when it was still owned by Hyatt. Somewhere between the booking and the stay, Hyatt dumped it and Hotwire downgraded it, but I didn't know that until I got there. It was AWFUL. Our first room had a GURGLING toilet and dead bugs in the bathtub. They moved us, and though that room was...

I booked this hotel on Hotwire for $64.00 + tax so I didn't know the hotel name till after I booked it, then I was a bit nervous that I had never heard of it. I was very pleased when I arrived. They put me in a quiet place and the room was clean. I ate at the great Indian...

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I arrived at 1:00 am, it took a long time to check in (either their computer system is cumbersome, or the person did not know how to use it). When I arrived at the room - the bed was made like the room had been cleaned, yet the trash cans...

Upon checking into the hotel (which is actually a motel) with doors opening to the outside, we were concerned with the sketchy area it seemed to be in. This place is an old apartment complex in a mall parking lot that has been converted to 'suites'. Our shoe box of a room had brown stained walls, peeling wall paper, a...

I attended a training class in Austin last week and stayed 3 nights at the Summerfield Suites. For what we needed - a place to sleep, basically - it's fine. And we got the "Entertainment" price of $70/night. So overall, we were satisfied. That said, the hotel is on the north side of town in the suburbs, there are really...

A very old tired apartment complex converted into an all suites hotel. I booked through Hyatt.com and can not believe they put their name on something like this. I had no problems so to speak, just dirty and old.

Great location - very personable staff - front desk even going so far as to call our room with local cinema showtimes! Very clean - we were upgraded at no charge. Breakfast was the best - free breakfast with eggs, meats, fruit, yogurt, cereals and the usual continental stuff - but the eggs and tortillas were great! Would definitely stay...
