Just to enter Florance's house give you a peaceful feeling filled with warm and love touch. We arrived to the gusts house at night, it was dark and Florence stil welcome us with love and a smile made us feel like we came home, the next morning when we went out the room an amazing view appeared to your eyes,...

I can't say enough about how much I loved this place or the lovely lady who owns the guest house. I spent Labor Day Weekend and Tuesday at the house. Ms Florence or Miss Florence (I believe her husband has passed) is one of the most special. lovely person I have ever met. My room overlooked horse pastures, there's a...

Me and my two teenage boyz stayed in the Aster Room two nights. We used the B and B as a launch point for exploring Amish Country. The house is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. The grounds are scenic - in the middle of a farm. Flo is friendly, helpful and a superb host. The breakfasts are remarkable, homemade and to...

We stayed in the Spring House. Such a charming little spot. Stunning landscaping, lovely farm. Florence was away for the weekend so we missed the breakfast, but must return to meet her in person. We will definitely go back. Perfect location.

My mom and I arrived later in the evening to find Florence still outside in her garden at 8pm planting her beautiful flowers. She gave us a gracious welcome, and we showed ourselves up to our room (my mom had stayed there before). The room was cozy and incredibly clean and tidy! The following morning we enjoyed a delicious and...

After trying to find a B&B in the Brandywine Valley just two days before a weekend forecasted to have great weather, and after finding more than a dozen full up, we finally looked further north and west and came across The Olde Stone Guesthouse. A phone call later and we luckily secured the last remaining room. The inn is located...

The B&B is run by the sweetest lady (Florence). Sleeps are romantic and the view over the fields is marvelous. Breakfast is extra-ordinary with fresh eggs, home made oatmeal and home made bread. A great place, in itself a reason to return to. We loved it.

This B&B was recommended to me by relatives, so I had high hopes, and I wasn't disappointed. The owner, Florence, was warm and welcoming with a flexible breakfast schedule. Her homemade pancakes and buttermilk syrup were delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably-priced. We were able to connect to the wifi no problem, had a private entrance, and really...

This was our first time staying at a B & B. We had a great experience. It was located in a beautiful setting, extremely clean, and some of the best food we've ever eaten. We highly recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed in the Spring House after a visit to Longwood Gardens. The reservation could not have been easier and Florence was an excellent host. The Spring House is detached and very private, and the entire facility is located in a very tranquil and easily accessible area just northwest of Kennett Square. The guest house was very...
