Friendly, polite and accommodating staff Misto serves good food, servers are also very polite and accommodating No bidet in the bathrooms - we hope that they can install bidets Very near the mall (just walk across)
Overall experience was great however there are still things that they could do better. Internet and cable provider are NOT the best. Also had a little incident with the door lock (not working).Took them awhile to figure things out.
Good customer service from DOR. Kudos! Straight up bar has good service. Food was excellent. The Carbonara is soooo yummy. Warm welcome was given by executive pastry chef Ariel. Thank you Seda. More power
My partner and I celebrated his birthday at Seda Vertis. Seda Vertis North was a great experience! From the staff to the food to the overall hotel facilities. We'll definitely be back! We are looking forward to the completion of the renovation at the rooftop bar.
I super loving my stay here at Seda Hotel. it was a last minute booking but they were able to accommodate me. I was able to work well because of their complementary internet connection. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet and opted to eat dinner to the mall just across the street.
Thank you for accommodating us, we enjoyed our stay. I understand there are hiccups in the service but most of the issues were resolved. We will see you again soon! Hoping for discounts in our next stay.
Make sure to ask for a written confirmation. We had an issue with the price as it was given to us verbally only over the phone but we were given a confirmation number so we thought it was all good. Got at the hotel and the price was 2x the amount we were told over the phone. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Customer service is not great. The room and bathroom is clean. Bed is comfortable.
It was a superb experience with a sales Manager “Angela Marie Calvo” for providing us a well detailed plan and execution of Reunion events plus other perks that the entire Dominican School Batch 1982 enjoyed. From event details until accommodation, a perfect execution of everything. Thank you so much.
I would recommend this place to anybody. I would come back again. on my next trip back to the Philippines. The breakfast buffet was good enough, hopefully next time they have a longer hour than the 10am close time, possibly 30 minutes longer. Ate once at the restaurant, steak was cook to my likings. Overall it was a excellent stay for me and my girlfriend.
One of the miso receptionist did not follow the queue and inserted a guest for the table.but we were the first to be reserved.she guilty when we ask him why she do that and she never say sorry and explain.
