The hotel is a bit dated, and the room we booked showed this. The maintenance was quite poor in our room, but having tried a renovated room some time back, this may be more reflective of the room we booked, than all the room types in this hotel. The hotel is near a small mall, which makes it a bit...

First time in Manila. Our stay was free courtesy of Universal Music to see a Shawn Mendes at SM Arena. Location wise not bad, not far from the NAI Airport abt 6km or 20 minutes or so by car. Just opposite of shopping mall, Harrison Plaza. You can find a lot of cheap stuffs there, electrical, foods, massage & medi-pedi,...

Been years passing-by this hotel on the way to MOA, PICC, HARBOUR VIEW and SOUTH Places ; and it never crossed my mind to stay and try their property and services. Finally this weekend, had the chance to stay and it was above average. The staff are combined old and young ; all are courteous and attentive of the guests...

We stayed here last September 30-October 2, 2016 for my best friend's wedding. The hotel was old, you could see that through the building itself and the interiors but for the rooms, I guess they renovated some parts of it especially the ceiling. It was fine for me as we stayed in a double room, the rate was okay, I...

I have been staying in this hotel whenever we have annual convention in manila. The executive suite is superb. The de luxe room was ok but this March I stayed in the tower suites. The room was big but old and eerie, wifi connection very slow. The suite had a separate bedroom, sala, dining room and kitchen.

Overnight stay pleasant. WiFi intermittent connections. Had time to complete work. Nice comfy bed and comforters and slept soundly. Pleasantly surprised about this classic looking hotel as if I'm in 70s Japan ... seemed packed a lot! The drawback is the toilet is industrialized not for a hotel. Needs major renovations! Checkin no problems. Extra soap and requests quickly accommodated.

I was forced to stay for one night - even few hours in Manila after flight connection delays. I've chosen CP Manila. Pictures on the web looked fantastic so I booked online. When I first saw the hotel I was absolutely disappointed. Old fashioned and shabby. Entrance was dull, reception was old, elevator was v old, corridors had a weird...

We always dine here where there's an special occasions. Food were great, lots of choices, ambiance was just right, lights are good, music background perfect. And the staffs, crews and the chef were all accommodating. That is why we keep coming back. They were the first to introduced hotel buffet, others just followed.
