The only reason I am not giving it a terrible is because when I complained they did move me to another room which was better....

After asking if an early check in was possible at 5am, we checked in our room, but we have been kicked out at 5am the day after. Nobody told us that it was only for 24hours. We tried to find an arrangement, but every hour more we would have spent would have been charged... What kind of hotel kicked out...

This place is okay, if you are just staying for a short while. We stayed here because of a bike race event in roxas blvd. You can opt for a 12 hour stay. Aircon takes long to cool the room. For the over all facilities, i still find the price way to high.

We usually stay here my husband and i when ever we want to have our alone time. Indeed the place is very discreet that you cannot see other people coming in! hahaha But aside from that the place is very clean, The rooms are very well kept and the staff are great.

Unfriendly staff that act like "tambay", filthy rooms with rickety air con units that smell like an ash tray. A poor envirinment that falsely advertises itself as a family hotel. Highly unrecommended. A seedy establishment.

I booked for two nights in this hotel during my four day stay in Manila(2 days in another hotel prior to this). We were really surprised because we were expecting a smaller room since the price is cheap but had a really large room with a queen size bed, a small refrigerator and a kettle. We also had a free...

For a Westerner not accustomed to 'Love Hotels', Sogo was a kick. The site had been recommended as a clean, safe, budget place, close to many of the sites we wished to see as tourists in Manila. Not having been forewarned of the clientele they cater to and maybe a bit slow on the uptake after a long flight from...
