1)The room we stayed with 2 double beds. With bathtub. 2)Had a promo with FREE CNY dinner and buffet breakfast for 2. The dinner was great. Nice chinese menu and my kids enjoyed them. 3)Breakfast was bad. Maybe because of no one around the hotel during the holidays because its a chinese area. All shops were close. 4)By car around...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments on our Hotel. We're glad you enjoyed our Chinese New Year promotion and happy you enjoyed the food. We would like to apologise for the quality of our breakfast buffet. Could you let us know what was wrong with it? Was there lack of choice or was there lacking in freshness of the...

Had stayed there for 7 nights (split the total stay into two parts as we visited Singapore after the first 3 nights) with 3 families and regretted staying there. The rooms were mediocre, the towels were smelly, the shower pipe was leaking throughout and was never repaired despite several reminders, the room service was hopeless and to make matters worse...

Location convenient, quick walk to public transport. Room was freezing cold, so we turned it down but it only allows freezing or no AC. We called maintenance several times daily but no one ever came during the entire stay. The front desks only reply was "ok" when I shared my less than favorable experience with them. I would have checked...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We have looked into your issues and will continue to improve our services to serve you better. Check in was quick although the front desk mentioned that my stay was not inclusive of the buffet breakfast which I said that it was.. later, received a call stating it was inclusive. The room was very basic, the bed was soft but the ac was freezing cold although the control was placed at low. The television channels were limited...

Location is rather out of KL city. Good only if you need to do something in Maluri or Cheras. A bit difficult if you need to catch a taxi out of the hotel. If you are driving, there is ample car park space available. The advantage is there are many satisfactory eating outlets around & near the Hotel. So we...

I traveled in Oct 2013 and stayed for 3 nights (17-19 oct). I was traveling with my wife and two adolescent kids. Took two rooms 101 and 102. The rooms were excellent, bathrooms very good, perfect with a garment hanging rope ! I believe the hotel is either new or recently refurbished. So everything is spotlessly new. But what I...

I went to KL for the New Year Countdown. As most KL Hotels are fully booked/highly-priced,a friend recommended Hotel Maluri. The rooms are clean, with bathtub and of reasonably big size for 2. Local coffee shops, massage palour and Old Town restaurant are within 5mins walking distance. It's a decent hotel with affordable rate. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay in Hotel...
