We were initially worried to find that the hotel was about an hour car ride from KLIA2, but looking for the hotel isn't that hard - it's the tallest hotel in the area and it's pink. We were allowed early check in and the view from the 24th floor was fantastic! The hotel staff were generally friendly but the front...

This is possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in in the world, it is certainly the worst '4 star' hotel, and is more like a 2/3 star. Just because the hotel is big and has lots of facilities, does not make it 4 star. Firstly the staff are all rude, and not welcoming. If you have a problem they just...

Dear Amy P, Thank you for the review and I greatly appreciate your comments on the hotel. We have analyzed the problem and referrals we made with the Duty Manager, the actual matter that triggered during your stay was not mentioned by your good-self. I have stayed in this hotel during New Year, 31/12 and 02/01. Overall the hotel is good and the staff is very nice. However, there were still some problems during my stay that I have to pointed out: The location is good, some walk from the monorail station Chowkit. The check in procedure took me over 15 mins since the...

I visited KL in December 2016 for Christmas. It is a very good hotel. As it was Christmas the lobby was decorated very elegantly and my kids loved it. The rooms were very spacious and nice. They were clean. The highlight of the room I was given was the direct view of the the "twin-Petrona's tower" and also the "KL"...

In house food was really good. Breakfast at restaurant needs more variety. Rooms (Superior) spacious. Bathroom tub needs better cleaning. Room AC s need proper controllers because even though you turn it off it still gives you cold air. Radio not working. Rooms need better soundproofing.minibar was empty.
