Room is clean, good location & good value. Easy access to malls and eateries. Good for leisure & business, centre of the City. Me & my Wife check-in on 23rd Apr & check-out on 24th Apr 2017. We reached the hotel at 2.30pm (check-in time 2pm) the room is not ready & the lady at the counter was not apologetic...

My wife & I had a very tightly scheduled trip to KL from Singapore. We figured that Cititel would be a great place to unwind for dinner & some shopping at Mid-Valley Mall/City before heading home the following day. We were here several years ago & were glad that it was just as we expected it to be - comfortable...

The hotel is clean and is next to a megamall. You could find a good mixture of shops within the mall. Housekeeping is good and parking is convenient, which is B1 level of the hotel. Check in and out is fast. The breakfast is wonderful with a great selection. Really good in my opinion.

The rooms are moderately priced and a bargain for the location it is in. However, my room was small, a little dirty and badly in need of a refresh. For those who want to use the gym, note that the health spa in the hotel is a massage joint (that frankly, looked a little shady to me). There are no...

We always stay there when in KL. Location two thumbs. We need not get out of the mega shopping complex at all. Enjoyed shopping, dining, movies etc all under one, air-conditioned roof, which is important as the humidity outside can be energy sapping.

I come back to this hotel every time I visit Kuala Lumpur (KL). The biggest draw for me is the dining and shopping options. The hotel is connected to 2 shopping centres. One mid range and the other, high end. It is also very convenient to get to the hotel if you fly to KL. You can get from the...

Great location, excellent customer service, close to shopping centre and transport. Room was small with little cupboard space. More suited to single traveller. A pleasant stopover for visitors to Kuala Lumpur.
