The hotel is at a very prime location. All sort of transportation is available right outside the hotel door. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. The room is quite a big one for a myself but it's very comfortable. The water temperature control is superb, I was able to get the exact warm shower that I wanted....

The room was large, but a bit shabby. Maybe the upper floors are better and less noisy, but the 2nd floor was not great. BUT their breakfast is unbeatable - offering an unbelievable variety of continental, American, Indian, and Chinese breakfast dishes - just fantastic. Another plus is the proximity to Imbi station. The Monorail takes you everywhere within minutes.

Arranged a 4 night layover at the Melia in KL on the way to London. As we're escaping the NZ winter , sunshine and warmth is important hence the route via KL . We wanted a hotel right in the thick of it with easy access to shopping and restaurants .The other very important feature in our selection of accomodation...

We had a very short stay here (2 days) before flying out and came to Melia after a lovely 4 days at Sunway Clio which seemed like a step down although we paid more! We booked direct through the hotel website that allowed us to book for 2 adults + 2 kids; an extra charge of around MYR 85 is...

Nice Hotel in a good location. Sadly we booked "The Level" room package because I wanted a upper level room and a better quality room and view. When we checked in we were given a letter explaining the renovations and were giving a lower 9th floor room. The pool was also closed. I booked this hotel with Agoda and was...

The hotel's basement carpark ramp and parking lot are full of challenging, It is difficult for a luxurious European car to enter and park in the basement carpark. Management can consider to provide alternative parking solution for customer with big car.

Love the location of this hotel. It's right across the Berjaya Times Square, and maybe about a 12 minutes walk to the Pavilion. There are a number of 24hr convenience stores around the hotel so you won't have to look too far for necessities. There's always a heavy flow of traffic for about a 50m stretch on the street right...
