My first impression was WTF?! is this??? I had booked a hotel that was supposed to be quite nice according to the reviews. How wrong! It looked like a crack shack from the outside, I was scared just by walking in. The lift looked like it was taken out of a horror movie. Upon check in I asked for a...

all the basic need you can have in a rundown hotel. it is what you get from the price paid. I stayed from 3rd to 9th September in a 3-bedroom suite. stayed on 2nd floor (road side). Although the window is close, you would hear the motorists rushing their cars. The honking also makes me sleep deprived. The space is...

Legit set up like a prison cell, you get what you pay for, booked and payed for 2 nights only ended up staying one because it was disgusting! Tiny bathroom with shower head over the toilet and a dirty double bed. No taxi drivers had any clue where the place was as well

Firstly, this place is REALLY hard to find. My room (and I apologise but I can't remember what level of accommodation I booked) was extremely small. There was a double bed with approximately one metre to the window, and about half a metre to the bathroom. Having said that, the room (and the hotel generally) was clean, there was daily...

We had friends in another room and their room had stains on the sheets and hairs as well.. Not sure if they clean there rooms but it was quite cheap.. Keep...

This hotel is okay for those on a budget who want to be close to the city center. Other than that customer service is poor, rooms are tiny and loud, and overall cleanliness is poor. I would only recommend this hotel for those who are on a budget and only staying one evening.

There is nothing special about this place. The rooms are ok and with small bathrooms. The location is quite good, being just 10 minutes from the city center. However the service was quite poor. We arrived around 11 o'clock at the hotel but although our room was free they did not allow us to get in untill 14 o'clock. I...

I stayed at Family room from the 18th December to 21st December just for a shopping getaway. Location wise is excellent as we only take 5 - 10 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang / Times Sq / Pavillion. KLCC would be around 20 - 30 minutes. Bring your own umbrella just in case it rains as there are no shelter...

Our room was tiny, pretty much a bed with a small bathroom at the end of it but both were clean upon arrival and cleaned everyday including fresh towels. There isn't anywhere to put clothes apart from a very small rail for hanging a few items, we could definitely have done with some shelf space. Rooms include TVs and a...

“'Standard Doubles with no windows' are tiny! Only book if you don't plan on being in the room much.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and were satisfied with the room - it's very clean, decent space, sufficient amenties cup, kettle, soaps, shampoos, desk and chair, cupboard space. However, it's in quite a noisy area. As the hotel was quite empty when we checked in, we asked to see the different rooms. As a couple we requested a deluxe double room - unfortunately they're all located at the front of the hotel so it's ON the main road which is always busy - NOISIEST during the weekend!! The building next door has people up late at night banging between 9-11pm for an hour or so. Not sure why??? The people in the room a few doors down were always arguing as well late in the evening. We called the receptionist who came to our floor and spoke to them which was helpful. In regards to the room it was very good, clean and what we were looking for. The location is great - 15 minute walk to Sungei Wang, monorail station and Pavillion. To eat - if you turn left as you walk out of the hotel you will find a 7-11. Continue walking down for another few minutes and you will reach a lot of hawker food courts with outdoor seating open til late and some 24/7. The only concern with this hotel was the noise level. Try get a room away from the main road if possible.”
