We stayed at this hotel for 5nights, not a good choice. This hotel has many issues, we had a flooding bathroom. We alerted the receptionist, all he did was take the grate off to allow the water too drain, it was never fixed. The bed head fell off a number of times and hit us in the head. We asked...

the hotel outside is completely different with the photos in website. It looks like $5 hotel not $23. The room smelled bad and the ceiling is broken, the furniture likes 1000 years ago. The bathroom is very small with the electricity line on the ceiling. When I shower, the water did not drain. I asked for the receptionist to change...

Hotel is located near Berjaya Times Square but in a quiet road (off location). Staff were nice and helpful. We booked the family room and 2 twin sharing. Family room was spacious. Room and bathroom were not clean. Overall it's ok for single night stay.

The hotel is very well located (close to the center and to the main attractions for tourists) and offers cheap and clean rooms. The only problem: the pillows that hurt your neck (I have removed them and replaced them by some clothes of mine) and the bathroom that is very small and where your shower is located above the toilet.

I'm not sure if naphthalene is poisonous when inhaled for a week. I certainly hope not since that's essentially what I did at this hotel. The tiny wardrobe was inundated with no less than eight mothballs, and the room reeked of naphthalene. I threw them out of the window at what was described on Agoda as a "city view". No...
