The room we had was big but missing some expected amenities (e.g., toiletries) - where I come from, even budget hotels provide basic amenities like soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. We thought the aircon and water heater doesn't work when in fact they did, they just expect you to know which "light switches" to turn them on (they don't have labels...

Expected to be a small room for this price but the water heater is not working. We not fussy about it but just called the receptionist to enquiry about the heater. The female staff who worked on 4th December 2013 night shift never bother to apologise instead she said "what you want me to do? no rooms are available now..I...

I found this "hotel" via Agoda and though it looked ok... it's not. Positives: 1. The rooms are fairly clean and price sort of ok. Negatives 1. calling it a room is subjective: it's more a box with a bed and a small wet bathroom (we bathrooms are typical in SE Asia, so no probs with that, and at least...

checkin/out - smooth. room - good bed, aircon, hot shower. very little space to move around & stuff your baggage service - anytime available, always quick. You get drinking water at the lobby, iron upon request. laundry slightly expensive. very calm like home after any busy hectic schedule and sight seeing in the crowded city. breakfast - go elsewhere, it...

Do not believe those picture publish! I booked 2 rooms and when check in, I was terrified to see the rooms condition. It looks like a hourly rated hotel. I immediately ask to cancel and would like to check out immediately. The room is very small and mine is a queen bed but it seem like on the floor type....

The room is so small for two single beds, cant hardly move freely. Small bathroom, stingy smell. Digital lock is okey, corridors are narrow... security though passes to average because of the installed cctvs. Staff was not accommodating, nobody even helped us carry our baggage when we entered the hotel..Location is not good, seems not safe to walk during the...
