If you like spiral staircases and combined toilet/shower wet rooms then this is the hostel for you. Place is pretty clean. We got the dud room mentioned in the review below but the A/C wasn't working so they moved us upstairs. Much quieter, no window in the room but it was larger with working A/C. Location is really good, staff...

The location in the city and the rooftop bar were awesome and the toilet and showers were clean. Those are the good parts of this place. Yet we were still dissapointed. We booked a big room with a twinbed, but after check in we got a very very small room that fitted two small 1 person beds and a small...

First of all, I am deeply disappointed on hearing about your experience with us. About the room placement, I would like to investigate further about this issue. In our premise, we only have a single twin room which is the one occupied. Due to the inexperience of our staff about the rooms, I would apologize on behalf on giving you...

We had a double room. We had few issues from first day. The receptionist (male) was extremely unhelpful with a bossy attitude. In some occasions he entered our room without knocking the door. The main issue is that this behavior was acceptable in the hostel. The guy who runs the bar upstairs told me to come the day after to...

Hello, I have done and investigation based on your review you have given and I believe this was some sort of a misunderstanding. According to my staff, you were using the common room computer to access inappropriate websites which makes some of the guests uncomfortable. Thus, those guests had made a complaint to the receptionist which you mentioned and he...

This hostel is like hostels should be. Friendly staff, common areas, good working wifi, clean, good breakfast and a very nice in-house bar, open to externals. If you combine that with a cheap price a good location near Chinatown, you have one of the best choice for KL.

This place is a gem for backpackers. Place is nice, clean, cozy. Attic bar upstairs is awesome, everything has its atmosphere. 1 stop by train from Sentral, approx 70 minutes travel from airport (if you're using bus). 10 minutes walk from the train station. 3km walk to Petronas towers, 5 minutes to china town. Good places to eat & convenient...

Stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our trip to Malaysia. Very friendly staff who gave us lots of helpful information, clean bathroom, nice rooftop bar with rooftop garden to have a beer in. Cheap and cheerful. We will be back!

Great location. We got the lofted bed with a sofa for a couple with a small child. It was perfect for that many people. The shared bathroom was very clean at all times and there was never a line. The breakfast was a little stingy- just plain white sliced bread, some toasters, and jam. I would have liked something a...

Blacked out rooms with no windows (no light) + air con. Everything else is a bit rubbish and China town isn't nice with anything worth seeing. Showers were pathetic and the kitchen was dirty with nothing in it. Also the wifi wouldn't let us access air Asia for some reason? It's cheap and all but I don't understand how it's...

Friendly staff and mega cheap prices. Clean communal areas and free tea/coffee on demand. It's all downhill from there. Our air-con was incredibly weak. The internet was insanely slow and blocked a lot of crucial websites. The toilet leaked. The location is miles from everything (but China town). The beds were flimsy. Our "dorm" had nobody else in it. The...
