As expected this budget hotel isn't much to dream about. It has a bed, linen, towels and common showers/bath house. It does however have English speaking staff and a great location as it's right next to both a metro and JR lines. You can get this for €10 cheaper than actual hostels and it is definitely cleaner from what I...

I stayed in Raizan North (same building, lower floors) in Japanese room. It is cheap and you get what you paid for. On the plus side you get a single room, which is rare at this rate, and the location is near the subway and near JR, which is ideal even if the area is run down. If you are...

the pictures given online are quite deceiving, smelly rooms with untidy bed linen, there is only one toilet for male and one toilet for female. lets suppose if 50 percent of the guests on the flood would be female, they would have to use one toilet and one place of hands washing...with a soup bar instead of liquid soap. may...

I actually stayed in the north wing. It's the same hotel and same standard of services, just that the north wing is on the lower floors and south wing on the upper floors. Each room comes with TV, refrigerator and air-conditioner cum heater. Very clean and comfortable bed, but the rooms are tiny. The free WiFi is strong and reliable....

This place is cheap, and for what you pay it is fine. It does market itself as a backpacker hotel, but I didn't really see any backpacker types when I was there, I did see a few people staying there who looked a bit down on their luck though. It is showing its age and while clean it could do...

I stayed at Hotel Raizan (both, Raizan South and North are located in the same building) for two nights in early September. Honestly, all that needs to be said is: you get what you pay for. The rooms are small, but equipped with an A/C, a refridgerator and a TV, and (aside from a few minor stains on the walls)...

Stayed in Raizan North for 2 nights (in the same building as Raizan South) in single non smoking Japanese futon room for a very cheap price (Bath robe and towel provided) The room is just nice for 1 person clean and basic, has TV and AC, (my room has a weird smell, but it was bearable). The Futon is really...

I've stayed here twice and much prefer the Japanese style room, because the small room is more usable when the bed can be folded up and placed against the wall. I really like the friendly staff and good services available here. The location is convenient, near several important rail stations including express connections to the airport. Only 2 subway stops...

I am not sure if you call this a hotel as it does not has the hotel standard kind of service and furnishing. However, that is not the point here. Staffs are helpful and polite. I only get to know that in fact North and South is in the same building... haha. It is only separated by the opposite of...
