Stayed for 3 nights as the base journey outwards. Got a room with Osaka city view on the 7th floor. Excellent housekeepers. The Midoji subway line only 3-5mins walk away from hotel and a stop away to shin-Osaka where u can depart to almost anywhere on the shinkasen. Pretty strict with the check in timing guess hotel might be full.

This hotel is right above the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station. The price is high but it is worth the convenience. The room is small but the massage chair in the room is very useful after a day work. Everything you need is provided for in the room.

This was what we expected in Japan - small but perfectly formed! Location was perfect next to Shinkasen station, but not noisy. Japanese breakfast provided kept us going for hours while we explored Osaka. Friendly staff who kept their distance until needed. Only warning is the unexpected porn on the tv!

Do not expect the typical Japanese hospitality and you will enjoy your stay at the hotel. Reception staff are reserved but does it matter ? Hotel is just across the quiet street from Shin Osaka station East Exit. The blue hotel signage is visible from the glass ( transparent ) elevator which takes you down to street level. Access to...

Firstly the price was high because I stayed on a Sunday night. That could not be helped. Great location for shinkansen users, head for East gate exit and you will see the hotel from the raised walkway. You just cross the road, go through the back entrance and bingo! A little tired looking and 12 square metres. Very old, uncomfortable...

Hotel Shin-osaka is near the Shin-osaka station. It is easily accessible. They even put a roofed path just across the station so it would be easy to get to the front desk, wherein the entrance is really on the other street. Room is okay, though it was a bit tight and small. Food is great. There are plenty of choices.

Fantastic location just across from the station, plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were small but well equipped and fine for what we needed. We had a two adjacent rooms, and the twin room for our children was quite a good size, although their bathroom was a bit dated. Breakfast was good value for money and had plenty...

This was the last hotel on our tour of Japan. The point of this hotel is that is was opposite the Shin Osaka rail station. One stop from central Osaka. Room was spacious enough for twoeople and two sets of luggage. Breakfast was average. Combination of traditional Japanese and western. Beds comfortable but no landmarks around this hotel. All resteraunts...

We had a family trip to Japan and stayed in this hotel for two nights. We had 2 twin rooms, each one could host 3 people. The room is just like other Japanese style, small, but warm. There was no free wifi available in the guest room, but the wifi can be available at lobby. The reception is very nice...

By far the worst hotel I've ever strayed at! It can be hard to locate! The beds were harder than concrete along with terrible pillows. Room was false advertising, horrible pink crusty room with fluorescent lights. One very slow elevator. Only good thing was their free internet. Would not recommend this hotel!
