The hotel was easy to get to from the Shinkansen train station - like a 5 minute walk. Service was great and the staff were happy for us to leave our bags the following day so we could travel around. The free shuttle bus ran every 15-30mins to and from the station to the hotel. The rooms were clean but...

Booked 3 rooms for my family of 5 due rooms are small. Rooms are also old. Needs renovation. Beds are comfortable. Amenities at the bathroom are more than enough. Our floor had vending machines for food and drinks. The staff at the reception are friendly and responsive. They can communicate in English. They provide maps of the area. There are...

Stayed here whilst travelling round Japan and picked it due to price and location to Shin-Osaka station. Free transport to hotel which is easy to find if you follow their instructions on website. We only used shuttle bus when we had luggage as the rest of the time we walked the 15/20 mins. Loads of places in the station to...

I had a long day, on numerous train rides, to the lower vicinity of Osaka. I was going to work my way up from there into Den Den Town & Dotonbori districts, but with all the time I spent on the train getting to where I needed to go, I just wanted to get to my hotel in Shin-Osaka. Takes...

Very nice facilities. Room spacious enough keeping in mind it's a business hotel. Did not feel cramped. Staff spoke good English. About a 15 min walk from JR and subway. I was carrying several big luggage so it was a bit much for me. Ok if you don't mind the walk. Overall a nice experience.

Stayed for three nights with my daughters, unfortunately I booked two double rooms but smoking........and there were no non smoking available. The hotel staff were really helpful and tried to deodorize the rooms several times. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, the buffet breakfast were really good value and the Japanese restaurant was great, we explained we were...

This was my favourite place to stay on my trip around Japan. The room was quite big compared to all the other rooms I stayed in Japan. The bed was big enough for me and my 6'4" partner. The bathroom is a bit outdated but it was good for what we needed. Had a fridge with free water each morning...

Osaka Garden Palace's first impression was its grand lobby. It is a really nice hotel to stay in Osaka, also, they give you a map of what's near the hotel (convenience stores, department stores, etc.). The hotel surrounding isn't a busy area. It has a shuttle bus to the Shin-Osaka station. The staff cleans the room every day, and also...

Osaka Garden Palace hotel was located far end left of Shin Osaka station. It was next to a pump station with not much convenient stores around. So we ended up taking their shuttle bus to move from station to hotel and via versus. The frequency of the shuttle bus was quite alright. Hotel lobby was spacious and grand. The rooms...
