This hotel was very central to all transport with many entries to the subway available close by. The room was small but that is not unusual for Japan. It was extremely clean. It had a heated mirror in the bathroom which heated in the middle so the glass remained fog free. Lots of free bathroom accessories. The fact that not... More

We stayed 2nights in this hotel. The location is quit convenient to access by 2 metro line, it is only take 5 to 10mins walk to hotel. There is one convenient shop (24hrs 7-11) where is just next to the hotel entrance. You can buy any necessary travel stuffs and snakes for you. 2 cafe are close to the hotel,... More

Spent two nights as a couple in a semi-double room. During a two week trip, we stayed in a number of small rooms with semi-double beds but this one was probably the smallest. The bed at 120cm was also small, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Travelling with only carry-on sized luggage, we had to be creative to... More

This hotel is located within 5 mins of two subway stations which makes it extremely convenient if you want to spend a few days in Osaka on a budget. As some of the other reviews have stated, the rooms are very small, and the regular rooms are smoking so you need to ask them for non-smoking. There's a 7-11 connected... More

It was very strange that they made us pay upfront for the room. When we got in the room, there was no space whatsoever for the luggage, having to move the TV and use the stand to open the suitcase. The doors were also paper thin and corridor was noisy.

When checking in I spoke with the representative named Yanashita after entering a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I checked in on a Saturday and they refused to allow me to speak with a manager. He said they would put me in a non smoking room for 4800 yen and assumed I was a smoker since I did not... More

Cannot believe this hotel receive a 4 stars from trip adviser! Some bad experience that I encountered this few days. 1. I had reserved a non-smoking room when I made the reservation. However I found that I was offered a super stinking room when I opened the door of the room. When I called the reception and asked for changing... More

This hotel is not near either shopping center or restaurants in Osaka. However, it is easily connected to subway Midosuji Line, which is comfortable to go to other areas. Rooms is quite small and clean, nothing special. Service is good. There is a 7-11 just on ground floor of the hotel. Though it is not in the center of anything... More
