We enjoyed staying at the Imperial Hotel in Osaka. The location is a bit far from the most central part of town, but not too far from Osaka Castle. There's a free shuttle bus from Osaka Station to the hotel that we learned about by accident, when we saw it driving by. They allowed us to store our bags before...

Went to Osaka as a family of 4. It was amazing that we could stay in the same room. This is perfect as my kids were small and the room size was good by Japanese hotels standards. The staff were good and fluent in English. The shuttle goes directly to Umeda within 15 minutes and you are already downtown. The...

The hotel was very nice with friendly staff. Very specious considering other hotel in Japan. The view is amzing, facing the river side. Very close to Osaka castle, around 15 minute walk, and there are lots of great restaurant around the hotel. Definitely recommended and will come back if ever in Osaka.

Our first visit to Japan, and after a long travel we landed up at Imperial Hotel Osaka and on their first floor where there is parking, but no reception. That's right, the reception is actually on level 2 and so is the buffet breakfast restaurant- 'The flying tomato cafe'. However being in a group, our keys were kept ready and...

Views were excellent, and the location is convenient to a JR station. All of that is great, but what I'll remember most is the best...

Stayed here during the cherry blossom; fantastic view of the cherry blossoms along the bank of the river. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel provides a shuttle to Osaka station. Highly recommend for any couples looking for a romantic getaway.

I stayed at the Imperial Hotel in Osaka on my last trip to Japan, which included the visit to Tokyo and Kyoto, in the search for Sakura blossoms. I chose this hotel for its convenient location, within walking distance to the Sakuranomiya Park, right on the river banks of Okawa. Osaka Castle is only ten minutes drive away by taxi....

This is one hotel that stands out with full honours for outstanding hospitality .In fact wish every hotel chain that tries to outsell others send their staff to stay here and learn what hospitality is all about and what are hotels meant to be which these big names are shredding even as they are making more big bucks . Then...

After our excellent experience at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo I felt in safe hands arriving in Osaka. And it did not disappoint. Right from the moment we got on the complimentary shuttle bus from Osaka Station guided on by the helpful respectful driver, we were met at the front door by a helpful members of staff who took our...
