This is a really central beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms and breathtaking views. Service is excellent and there are many restaurants to chose from and an ample room service menu. Although the room price was very reasonable for the quality of the room we got, beware the extras are quite costly.

Hotel prices in Osaka have risen a lot over the last 8 years due to foreign tourists (in my opinion). This hotel was actually in the cheaper range. Though still expensive. It's actually almost twice the price of the hotel we booked in Tokyo, granted the room is at least twice the size. You do get what you pay for...

We stayed here for 5 nights and could have stayed much longer. We have visited Osaka many times and feel this hotel is perfect if you are travelling with kids. The location is very peaceful and quiet with good amenities on site for food and nearby train station. I believe their infant care centre is exceptional although we didn't use...

I have visited this prestigious hotel 3 times and its quality ever premium. One thing always impressing me is the blue glass decor with a fresh rose every day in the elevator, which is so beautiful. The spacious and well-equipped room has a delightful view of Okawa River(旧淀川). You can take a boat tour departing from the port just at...

They make you believe that the pool and gym are part of the hotel but they're not. You have to pay to access these facilities which was quite a bummer 'cause we pick our hotels based on these. To use the pool you have to pay ¥2,160 and to use the gym (incl pool) you have to pay ¥5,400. You...

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Osaka. They upgraded our room for free on arrival to the imperial floor. The service is exceptional here though it can be quite surprising to receive a chorus of good mornings when you reach the lobby. The rooms we clean and well kept. We had breakfast at the hotel buffet which was...

We stayed here for one night only because we wanted to visit Universal Studios which was only 30mins way by train. The location of the hotel was decent, it's nestled within a quiet and peaceful area away from the main city, yet within close proximity to all the main attractions. We got a river facing room with an amazing view....

This was a very nice hotel. The room was beautiful and had a great view of the river. The bathroom was large with a shower and soaking tub. Within walking distance to the train station but also the hotel had a shuttle that goes to various places you just get a ticket a the bell desk its complimentary.

Beautiful hotel located across the canal from Osaka Castle. We arrived late on New Year's Eve so ended up celebrating at the Rainbow Lounge on 23rd floor overlooking Osaka city skyline. We lucked out at check in when reception staff kindly upgraded us to the Executive Floor with views overlooking the city. We found the shuttle bus service (runs every...

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Receptionist was helpful. The twin bed room was nice and warm since I went here Japan in winter. It has good toiletries include cosmetic sample from famous brand in Japan. I had breakfast at the restaurant in the ground floor because the other floor already full. The restaurant provided Japanese and Western...
