Rooms are clean. Really near to the shinsaibashi station, only 10 mins from the hotel. Lots of restaurants open at night near the hotel which is really rare in Osaka. Free Breakfast in the morning helps a lot during our visit since shops usually open at 10 am in Osaka, which would be too late to start our day during...

I've been to Japan before and seen their small rooms but this double room in the Comfort Hotel is on the really small size. There is barely enough room to turn around with the small double in the way but if you thought that was small then you haven't seen the washroom yet. It is really micro with enough space...

Room is small but comparable by other Japanese standards. Complimentary breakfast buffet which is nice with good selection. You can open the windows for fresh air especially if the AC is not available.

The service was nice but spoke little english. We got by fine with a lot of gesturing. I had a package (my portable Wi-Fi) delivered to me before my arrival, and I had to ask upon check-in if it was there waiting for me. The rooms were small, which is expected. The bathroom was tiny and also had a weird...

A little tricky to find the hotel. Come out of the East exit of Kanda Station. Cross the crosswalk there. There is a road that comes in on an angle, turn left onto this road and then take the first right. Walk down this street till it reaches a T junction, turn left. You will see the hotel sign about...

Tips: 1. Take exit 6 from Shinsaibashi station. Turm right walk until you see the traffic light then turn left and walk for about 1 min. 2. Free ice water and coffee from restaurant (level 3) 3pm to 12am 3. Book directly from hotel's official website for the best rate. 4. If you stay more than 1 night, try to...

However rooms (and bed) are small and breakfast is almost same everyday with very limited choices and check out is so early around 9 or 10am. Staffs are very helpful but only a feww are good in english. Wifi connection is superb and room price...

Stayed here for two nights. The room was very small ( stayed in other hotels in Japan, and all rooms were fairly small but this one was the smallest). The room was clean but the air con was a little noisy. The staff were friendly. The hotel decor was a bit outdated but the rooms were a little better. Good...

I booked two plan to stay 4 nights, the breakfast was delicious and it's free. The location is good and nearby the station, but is dangerous for a woman if she walk alone. On 3/27 around 23:00, I accosted by a man who was standing near the parking space, he asked me to go drinking or karaoke with him, and...

I have stayed this hotel 4 times since 2012. The location is so great which located at the heart of Shinsaibashi, there is only 5 minutes walk from/to subway station. This hotel offer B&B, also complimentary coffee & tea at the lobby from 3:00pm to 12:00mid-night. Hotel room even small, but it is clean and comfort when compare with other...
