I checked in late on Feb 12 (after 7pm) and was warmly greeted by this gentleman at the reception. I accidentally left my room keys in the room when we went out for dinner but the same gentlemen issued me a new card promptly. He also provided clear advice when asked how to get…
Excellent location - you step right out into a busy street in Dontonburi. A short walk to food and shopping. The room size was pretty cosy. We booked a double room and had requested an extra bed but was told when we checked in that there was no space for the extra bed so they…
Small (common in Japan) and compact rooms that are clean. Just around the corner from the famous Dotonbori area. As the previous reviewers said the light and sounds of Dotonbori are well kept away to ensure a good nights sleep. A few steps away and you in the midst of all the…
Spend 5 nights in Jan 2019 in this hotel while visiting Osaka. Everything is great!! Location is wonderful. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean. They even provide you a cell phone to use as guide. If we ever come back to Osaka, this hotel will be our first choice
Our hotel is right smack in the middle of dotonburi area. There’s a lawson store and family downstairs so its very convenient. The room is a little bit small but clean. They have the standard bathroom. Location is the best, walking distance to the restaurants and shops.
"room a bit small for 3 people, overall it is an excellent hotel in Osaka Namba!"
"Choose a high room, or ask for one at the back to avoid noise"
"Choose a room on a high enough floor so the noise from the street-level bars and eateries aren't a bother."
"There is a special room, which is better than others, on each floor, and it is tailored for disabled people."
"Try to get a room away from the lift area, as it can get quite noisy"
