This is a clean modern hotel with a "hot spring" at the roof top. However the hot spring is pretty small and nothing compared to a traditional ryokan.. Ladies need a password (reset daily) to enter. Downside, there's no towel and water provided. Hotel may look close to Osaka station but its not. Its pretty much a 15mins walk. Not...

Good location. It would be great if reception staff should speak basic English and smile, not too serious :) Found the hotel and booked by internet. Got very basic room, small window - can't see thru.

I was reading up on previous reviews on here and decided to give the Hotel Hokke Club in Osaka a try. Once you have negotiated your way through the Whity underground mall the hotel is easy to find but it took me about three days to gain a sense of orientation through the many passageways (all equipped with free wifi)....

This hotel has a little room, but have space enough for our belongings, and the room is so nice. I somehow felt very peaceful during my stay even though it was only for a night. It's a little bit far from the station, but it's ok, it's still accessible by walk though. The staffs are nice as well. I don't...

This was my 3rd Hokke hotels and Hokke Club in Osaka was as good as others. The location was not so ideal for kids as it was right in the middle of pink district, but it was about 10 minute walk to Osaka and Umeda stations. There are many many restaurants and bars around. The room was average size of...

Location +: 1) Off the touristy grid. Surrounded by local neighbourhoods, local parks, restaurants. 2)15 minute walk to Osaka Station, the main station that you arrive in traveling by train. But beware, the underground connection is a crazy maze especially at peak hour. We got lost everyday. 3) Take a nice stroll to the river and Temma park. 4) Explore...

Booked at hotel Hokke Osaka the day of because of last minute changes to our itinerary and I was pretty impressed. Located fairly close to the center of Osaka and the Osaka JR station (not to be confused with JR shin-Osaka station which is on station north from Osaka station). The staff was very attentive to our needs with many...
