Location is perfect if you are arriving from Kansai airport - nearest exit is very close to the airport train which is useful because Namba station is huge! Rooms are pretty small even by Japanese standards for 2 people plus cases, overall the hotel seems more aligned to Japanese business customers with limited bilingual signs and such, but the staff... Service was average. Room is slightly bigger than the usual Japanese hotel rooms. Location is its best asset. From Namba station, proceed to exit 11 if you are travelling light. If you have heavy suitcases, opt to take the lift at exit 1, midosuji eastside. Upon alighting from the lift, make a u-turn proceeding to the opposite direction, 1st corner... More

Good reviews online but rooms are not really spacious. No wardrobe. Bathroom n amenities at a minimum. Good location n walking distance to many tourist shopping areas. Good if you are Travelling light Staff could be multi-lingual considering the tourists crowd.

Pros: good location (near Osaka Namba station) with many stores nearby. Hot spring Cons: Cleanness of room is not so good. It can be better; No breakfast (There is one sukiya nearby 5min walk)

Stayed in a room for 3 persons and quite surprised that the room is bigger than usual Japanese standards. The onsen is great addition for soothing tired legs after travelling. The location is fantastic as its right smack in the middle of ebisuji shopping street and just a few minutes walk away from Namba station, where you can take the... More

To go along with all of the previous reviews I have read about this hotel I agree that it iss good hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, etc. I had an issue with the bath water being brown but the shower water wasn't. I have been traveling Japan with my mother and neither of us could figure out how to turn... More

Sure the staff don't speak great English and are fairly unhelpful for foreign tourists (there is a tourist information centre less than 2 minutes walk from the hotel if you do need assistance), the location is unbeatable. If you can tolerate Japan's tiny hotel rooms and aren't into the bells and whistles, Midosuji is a great option. You are literally... More

First time in Japan. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Namba/ Dotonbori area/ Midosuji line (train station). You can almost walk everywhere (shops, restaurants etc. Clean rooms (I mean very clean- Japanese standards, complete toiletries, good beds) Luggage storage available. Breakfast was good as well. Too bad, I didn't get to try the Onsen. There's also... More

From Namba station exit 11 that you can find this hotel. Great shopping area and restaurants all around. The room I stayed was semi-double but not really small and I can placed my 3 luggages opened along the corridor beside the bed. I didn't try the bath tube instead the hotspring spa. The pool is not as big but reasonable... More
