Stayed here during late March to catch the cherry blossoms. Hotel itself is comfortable - the staff were incredibly friendly as well. Room is tight but it is as expected. Conveniently located near the major shopping buildings and transportation hub (Osaka station/Umeda Station).

Hotel is clean and small but good enough just for sleeping. Hotel is located on the eating and drinking area. If you have a kids, I would recommend you to look some other areas. However, if you like to eat and drink like me. This is the hotel that you can consider.

As we had 4 people and we were staying in Osaka for a total of 5 nights, we stayed at 3 different kinds of room at Hotel Kinki. 1) Western Semi Double room: Room is decent size by Japanese standards; can open 2 luggages at the same time. However the bathroom is too tiny. Changing in the bathroom will cause...

Stayed at the triple room for 8 nights and took advantage of the discounted rates (when staying longer). We took the limousine bus going to Umeda. It was hard finding the hotel at first but once you get used to it, you'll discover that the hotel is super accessible and near the stations! We even found shortcuts. Hotel was accessible...

If your only using JR pass it is about 10 min fast walk from the Umeda station . it's in a busy colorful...

This little hotel is in the red light area but they leave western people alone. There is heap of bars and restaurants around it and its walking distance to Osaka station. The rooms are pretty good size by Japanese standards and the staff are very courteous and usually there is someone who speaks English on the desk.

The hotel is clean and located in the midst of restaurants and shops. Really appreciate their great help and kindness in getting back my bag pack which i left inside the train upon arrival in Osaka. They made the stay even more memorable!

Hotel Kinki is a great hotel for seeing Osaka. Within walking distance from Osaka/Umeda Station. If arriving on the Shinkansen, you will arrive at Shin-Osaka station, but it's only a 3 minute train ride between Shin-Osaka and Osaka/Umeda station. The hotel is located on a very busy side street, which is great if like me, you enjoy a vibrant, energetic...

Every evening onwards there are alot of gangster looked men hanging around that area until midnight or next day morning. Although they do not disturb foreigners but quite irritating as they blocked the path, smoke or talk loudly. Prostitution is another factors made me wrote this review.Lots of ladies with sexy dressed as well as holding the signboard with types...
