Very good cleanliness hotel and near shopping walking distance Very polite the employee good foods in the morning stong wifi and good inside the room all complete and very nice hotel in my expeeince i will not forget this hotel in my whole life thank u so much hotel sunroute sopra hotel
A friend and I chose this hotel because it's relatively close to the main station (JR Sannomiya approx. 8-10 min walk). When we got there, the check in was smooth and the staff were very nice. The standard twin bed room that we booked was as shown in the pictures and very spacious. Lastly, there wasn't as many breakfast options as I had expected from the breakfast buffet, but the food was quite good, so there are no complaints there either. Overall, I recommend this place if you're looking to stay in Sannomiya.
In the middle of my stay I asked to change room because the street was noisy early in the morning. The front desk agreed, had me vacate the room with all my luggage and took the keycard. Yet when I returned at night they gave me my old room, claiming full, which was either a lie or plain incompetence because I gave them my keycard at exactly 10AM and by then they should've known if any room was checked out. Also wifi was horribly slow before midnight.
No aircon and had to open window. Never had a good sleep in 3 nights as construction work opposite caused noise that woke up us early. Toilet was smelly, possibly due to flushing water. Not many restaurants nearby.
We saw many photos online ,who h showed the hotel in very old style .But when we arrived ,the hotel was not that bad. The lobby was very big and new. And the room got new decoration too !!! The bed and TV set ,lightings etc. We like it very much. At a very reasonable price. The toilet was clean and comfortable, the bed and room was a bit small ,but it happens in everywhere in Japan . The location was perfect to us. We have been to Kobe three time , we found that 5his hotel was very good location. It's away from the crowded and shopping mall . but not too far away . Just 5-6 mins and you will see the department store . About 10mins to the train terminal and bus terminal. You can go anywhere near Kobe ,such as Arima hot spring. Eating is also not a problem, lots of local restaurants nearby ,and very local price. I would definitely stay in this hotel next time when we visit Kobe again. …
I stayed here for 2 nights and it was comfortable. It takes about 10-minute walk from the railway station. There are FamilyMart and 7-11 store nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. This is not a fashionable hotel but a classic one. The room is not spacious but still sufficient for me. The room is also clean and tidy. There are three highlights which I appreciate a lot. The first one is there are two chairs in the room which most of the double room I stayed only has one. The second thing is that there are different lighting modes that you can control with a remote. The third thing is that I found that the entrepreneur works on the environmental protection measures from the notice in the room. I appreciate it takes the responsibility in environmental protection and being a global citizen. Due to the good facilities and interior design, I had a comfortable stay here. …
We stayed in a triple room for 2 nights. There were 3 twin beds and the room was quite spacious. The room was clean with all common supplies and amenities. It took about 10 minutes to walk from Sannomiya station to the hotel, but it was an easy walk. The hotel website had a very detailed guide on the directions and landmarks. As it was away from the station, it was quiet. There was a convenient store 2 minutes away to get snacks and drinks. However, as there were no restaurants around the hotel, it might be better to have dinner before going back. One other thing was that our room faced the football field and the lights (even without anyone playing) were on until 9 pm and shining directly into our room. Better to ask for a room on the other side of the football field.
Hotel Sunroute Sopra Kobe is a nice, inexpensive hotel close to "Boeki Center(Trade Center)", a Port Liner monorail station. Thus, it's convenient to go to Kobe Airport or Kobe Convention Center in the morning. I will stay again if I had to go to either Kobe Airport or Kobe Convention Center in the morning again.
We passed here one night, it is located at 10 minutes walk from the train station and the main commercial streets of the city. The hotel is clean with a very good breakfast but too expensive respect many other similar hotel in Japan
The hotel is in a quiet residential area. It is a 10-12 minute slightly downhill walk from the Sannomiya Station or 5 -7 minute walk from the nearest Port Liner monorail station. After checking in at the front desk which is situated at the far end of the lobby, we took one of 2 elevators to our floor. No keycard security system in the elevators. We booked a superior/deluxe room that was quite spacious containing two double size beds, a large closet, a loveseat, small table and desk. The decor inside the room was reminiscent of the late 1990s - dark navy blue carpeting, wallpaper with a rose design, ivory colored bathroom fixtures. Our corner room was on a high floor facing a soccer ball field with views of the Port Liner tracks. There are vending machine rooms on several floors each of which contain an ice machine, microwave and all-in-one washer/dryer unit that accepts coins only. The washer worked fine, but realizing that after 3 dryer cycle attempts made barely any difference, we decided to hang dry the clothes in our closet and throughout the room. Our 3 night stay coincided with the Kobe Festival so the price was higher than usual ($125, excluding breakfast). Noticing that the nearest PortLiner Station did not have an escalator or elevator, we asked the Front Desk to call a taxi for us. The receptionist was very kind and chose a company with an extremely courteous driver to take us to the cruise ship terminal. There is a new Lawson's a short block away. A 711 store was two short blocks away. The room we booked was quiet, spacious and the housekeeping staff was very friendly.…
