If you look for a hotel not so luxury, I suggest this hotel. It is located East side of and near by JR Sannomiya station. Price is good, about five or six thousand JPY. Rooms are clean and wide compare with the price. I note rooms have safety box and protected wi-fi without fee. I hope to refer to the breakfast. It is common buffet but very tasty I feel. Also I need to tell you it has a wide space next to front desk and we can have a cop of coffee and flavored water not charged there. Also we can take them to our room.

Positive: Very good location in Kobe!! Room was good, not very big but very clean and with all necessary amenities. Negative: Should have more place to put clothes, only a bar with hangers is not the most convenient. Breakfast is quite poor for European standard ☹ check in at 15:00, and charge 1'000 yen per hour if want to get in the room earlier.

After a very long and exhausting day, it was absolutely comfortable and met my needs. Spent only a night at this place and the service and the breakfast were appealing to me. The room and the bathroom was very clean. Seems like a very good place for short staying at least.

This hotel was recommended to me because of its location. I arrived after a long intercontinental flight at 14:00, thus before the check-in time of 15:00. My room was ready. In other places fo the globe I would have access to the room immediately. In this hotel they did allow me to get in unless I would pay 1000 Yen, which I found ridiculous. The rooms were clean but the breakfast was a joke, very bad.

We’ve been touring Japan for the past 2 1/2 weeks, and this was our only disappointment in terms of hotel bookings on this marvellous journey. The first tip-off that things were not up to scratch was the curt manner we were dealt with when we arrived early. On the plus side, the room had reasonably good storage facilities compared to other the Japanese hotels we visited. The bed was uncomfortable and the air-conditioning unit was noisy. The breakfast was not very appealing. We think this place should be renamed, The Adequate Inn.
