We stayed in a 4 person room which was quite large but as it was spring, the aircon was not activated and we had to open the windows. The noise...

After only paying a total of 15,000yen for 6 people I was not overly optimistic about my expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Staff were attentive and patient to our large group. Amenities were plentiful. The room was very spacious by Japanese standards, and we were also given a welcome drink and a choice of two pillows. The location is very...

We paid 7000 yen for a twin room, the room was big enough, bathroom fine, beds comfy and the room nice and dark, had one of the best nights sleep of my trip here. Desk staff...

The Bathroom had black mould growing, even in places that could be easily disinfected. The staff seemed distracted much of the time. They forgot to give us the welcome cocktail ticket for the bar, and by the time I...

This was one of the most expensive hotels we booked on our trip. The hotel has an incredibly dark and dingy atmosphere and my partner commented that it feels like a set from a murder movie. The hotel hasn't been updated in many years. The bed had all broken apart at the bottom so you could see the wooden frame....
