Gorgeous property, very friendly snd polite staff, delicious omakase food, in room hot spring bath! What more can you ask for? Maybe a better price since it is definitely quite expensive. But you DO get what you pay for. Make sure you visit the public onsen as the experience is amazing!!
I have the best onsen experience! Thanks to the staff, they are so welcoming and helpful. The 4 open air hot springs, everyone is so unique! The breakfast and dinner are so delicious and the portions are so generous, can skip lunch. They have free coffee, juice and even ice lollipops in the lobby. Free shuttles to town. I will definitely go back!
We found this location accidentally and we’re so happy with this place. The hotel provides car service to and from the bus stations, which is less than 3 minutes. It’s a green building on top of a hill. We are certainly going to miss walking up and down to town. A gentlemen called “TAN,” was able to speak English and provided us with food recommendations. We walked to a nearby park and saw the autumn leaves. The best part of our stay was the private onsens. Every morning, we woke up at 8am and soaked in the onsen, had an early lunch (11am) in town. We would soak in the onsen again right before dinner (4pm). The hotel staff were able to book bus tickets for us when we did a half day trip to Kobe and also to catch our flight in Osaka. Just remember to book your dinner and breakfast early, it gets fully booked fast!…
Stayed two nights here, the Japanese-style suite was spacious and neat, reserved the hearty Kaiseki dinners and private outdoor hot spring(fours kinds) were must, all staffs were courteous and helpful.
Welcomed by the staffs when we arrived the entrance of the hotel and they gave us a room tour after check in. The staffs always have smiles on their face and they recommended the dinner restaurant to us which was great. The private hot spring are prefect and this is one of the reason why I book this hotel. Excellent experience of staying in this hotel. Highly recommended.
