When I arrived, my luggage sent via takuhaibin had already been sent up to my room. The kind receptionist explained in English about the attractions and tram system in Hiroshima and provided maps. The room is spacious enough by Japan standard, price affordable and cheaper rate can be obtained by booking via their website. Attached to the JR Hiroshima station,...

Conveniently located, this place is perfect for a short stop - the hotel is attached to the train station. The JR sightseeing bus stops right outside the lobby door. For the price, the hotel is beautiful and has many restaurants inside should you not want to venture far. So far in Japan, this hotel has had the best English speaking...

Excellent location, easily accessible from the train station. Very clean and comfortable room. Good selection of toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful lobby area and the free origami pieces are a nice touch. Didn't like the tempur foam pillow but slept quite comfortably on it. All in all, a pleasant couple of nights there. Good value for what we...

2nd floor of the hotel provides a enclosed pathway to the shinkansen area of the station. Convenient for a day trip to Himeji. Outside the hotel entrance is also a bus stop where you can use your JR pass to catch the mei pu ru bus to all of the Hiroshima spots. There is a supermarket diagonal to the hotel...

Right on top of the train station, you pick up the Atomic shuttle ( tourist bus that does a circle around all major sights) outside the front door. Rooms good and quite. as with all hotels in japan you need to book non smoking or your room is not good. Would stay again

Excellent experience! We stayed on the top floor (20th) and had the most beautiful views of the city - day and night. We stayed a few nights, and experienced only the best service during this time. Everything was spotless clean, beds very comfy (they have two types of pillows in the bed to choose from). Rooms are fairly small but...

A hotel like any other hotel of this character in a chain. Clean everywhere and staff was very serviceminded. The hotel is directly connected to the trainstation wich gives it an extra plus. There was really nothing on the downside about our stay. We had dinner one night at the chinese restaurant wich was a nice experience. If you like...

This hotel is right next to the train station. Rooms are very small. It feels like a cruise ship. We thought It would be a great hotel to stay in because we stayed at the hotel across from it (Sharaton) and we had a pleasant time. Although I read that the staff could be rude, I thought we should visit...

Stayed in Hiroshima en route to Kyushu. Needed to catch an early train hence looked around the station. This hotel is a high standard business hotel with sufficient room space and good quality amenities. We were unable to book a non smoking room and chanced it by booking a smoking one. Luckily at check in we were able to secure...

Hotel was closed to station. Only a quick ride to A Bomb dome. We only stayed one night. This was our base for our visit to Hiroshima. We didn't sample the food at this hotel so can't comment. There are a few restaurants close to and inside the hotel.
